If you can down it, it’s worth it.
I had no clue a flavored collagen supplements could be this unpleasant. It activates my gag reflex a little and has a foul after taste.That being said, it’s only 20 calories a serving, has 200% of ones daily vitamin C (which is a real boon in flu season and with COVID-19 supplement shortages), and is a fraction of the price of its competitors. If you have the money, do splurge but it’s not a terrible last resort. I’m still drinking it.
