I have ibs c for 7 long years now after a bout of food poisoning. Never went away. Struggle every day with it to the point I had to quit my corporate America job. I’ve been on linzess and all the others I won’t mention. Tried about 25 different supplements as well. . All stop working after a few weeks or month. Gave this a try after reading glowing reviews especially from people that have ibs c..What a crock. It did absolutely nothing. Not even a gurgle. No urge, no nothing, no cramps. Zero. It’s as if I was taking a placebo or a vitamin c.I read the bottle ingredient and it says it contains senna which is an intestinal stimulant like sennakot or ex lax etc etc. Thing is the ingredients say 1,005mg of total of all ingredients. There’s like 13 ingredients in each pill and it doesn’t say how much senna is in them. There could be 1mg of senna in each for all we know, and the rest a bunch of slippery elm bark leaves. There isn’t enough senna in them to do anything.. The reviews that says they do nothing in my opinion, are true and why there are no returns. I tried them for 10 days. I had to take trulance, a daily prescription after I took these, because these didn’t do a thing. I didn’t try 2 a day because I can’t take senna in the morning as I wouldn’t be home when it hits you. Plus the fact taking 2-3 a day, like some others took, would make this bottle last 9-14 days. There’s 30 in a bottle. There is a reason why they don’t have a money back guarantee like all the others and no returns. They don’t work. The rest of the reviews being negative are correct. Don’t read the most popular reviews. Those are the oldest and first ones. Read the latest/newest reviews. Most are 1 star and say same thing I am. Did nothing.

Did Not Work For Me Unfortunately
I took this product for about a week and increased dosage as described and unfortunately it did not work for me. I had a very tiny bowel movement the 4th day but became extremely bloated. I did drink a lot of water during the process like 80 ounces a day and it did not help. But I gave it 3 stars because their customer service was excellent and they sent me a free bottle of their 15 day cleanse. Now their 15 day Colon Detox works wonders for me and I am able to have bowel movements like normal. The gentlemen I spoke too indicated it is safe to take the 15 day Colon Detox long term without any side effects and he mentioned to adjust dosages if necessary if my bowels become too loose. So they have great customer service and for that I gave 3 STARS!

These pills really are a God Send. They’ve worked for me for several years and I don’t go without them in my pantry. I am gluten intolerant and if I do eat gluten my belly bloats and its very uncomfortable . I usually take two-three a day, and it will keep you regular. Sorry TMI. But they work for me very well.
