Nausea and blood sugar crash
Wish I could give 0 stars- it has given me awful nausea and made my blood sugar levels crash. Wish I could return. Waste of money.

TAKE WITH FOOD!
Does this product work, yes. I can tell I am not as hungry as I usually am and I feel lighter even though I’ve only lost 2 lbs in 2 week, it is expensive but I am happy with it so far. What I will say is take this with food! I tried to take it before eating my heart was racing and I was itchy. I’ve taken it hours after eating because I was out and didn’t have them with me and it made my stomach hurt. So my advice is ALWAYS TAKE WITH FOOD and drink plenty of water. Other have been confused on the dosage you only need TWO pills a day with a meal not with ever meal. JUST TWO! So yes it is a months supply. There is no smell or taste to the pills and staying consistent helps. I skipped a few days due to just forgetting to take them and when I started back it was like starting from the beginning. Be consistent, eat right and exercise and you will see results!

❌ Do NOT buy this product! ❌This product made me extremely sick — I experienced nausea, headache, dizziness, and even worse bloating after using it. The company is engaging in false advertising by promoting this as something helpful when it clearly harms people.
