    The importance of good bone health is paramount throughout life, especially as we age. Comprehensive Bone Health Strategies is an all-in-one book to guide you to strong bones. It details all the ingredients for a solid, well-thought-out program. From bone density tests to nutritional guidance. Also, a section on one of the most important things you can do to improve bone density is weight-bearing exercise. This alone can make a difference, but heck, why not do everything suggested in this book? Well done and highly recommended.
