Product comes in a 180 capsule bottle. About 2 months supply using full serving.Good value for the money. If you take a vitamin, or a veggie supplement, remember, it is a supplement. It is not meant to cure every problem or prevent every problem. It is a supplement.I have left off using multi vitamins for several months now in favor of veggie products. I notice no difference in my health or vitality or any negative effects. I have no medical background, am 56 years old. I run, do some weights, I swim. And try to be careful with how I eat. I am not vegan. I take no meds for any condition. I try to get good rest and practice my Christian faith in Jesus Christ. I am happy and healthy.All of that to say I don’t know with any medical certainty if this product is a benefit. But I don’t think it is probably harmful. Use good judgement and check with your doctor before deciding if it is right for you.Update: 9/29/23Returned from my annual physical with complete blood work. All of my blood counts were the best they have ever been. I did tell my doctor I had abandoned multivitamins in favor of vegetable supplements. He seemed to believe it probably made a difference. From sugars, to lipids, as well as other parts of the blood panel. Everything charted was the best on record. For me.I say all of that, however, I do exercise about 3 to 5 hours a week. Running and minor weight lifting. I do try to eat more chicken and fish and more vegetables. I do try to rest properly, and I do not use alcohol, or tobacco. I try to stay in my bible every day and seek God in prayer. I love my Lord Jesus. If you are having health issues, consult a doctor, and the physician of the soul, he can help you!Country Farms was a big part of my healthy recovery. Highly recommend this supplement.

Missing capsules
There never seems to be the same count in both the veggies and the fruits. One is either five pieces short. Sometimes it’s the fruits. Sometimes it’s the veggies. I’m not sure what’s happening. Whether the bottles are being opened and somebody’s taking some. I don’t know, but that’s what I see. The product itself works pretty good

I found these on Amazon after buying them previously at a chain drug store. They cost less and are far cheaper than the ones advertised on TV. They have have improved my digestion and I feel much better after taking them for a few months. They’re loaded with nutrients you can’t easily get on a daily basis from a typical diet.
