Yes! It works!
This product comes in an easy to open container. There is a distinctive scent upon opening. It smells minty/spicy which I find pleasant. The scent fades quickly. It is easy to apply and is quickly absorbed leaving no noticeable residue making it safe for my clothing A little goes a long way. I have reduced the amount I started using and found that less produces the same result. I have been using it for a few weeks and find it very helpful for pain from neuropathy in my hands and feet and also from sciatic nerve pain. It is comforting to know that it is produced in the USA.

DMSO takes things into the the skin– use with care
This arrived well sealed and even came with a convenient flip top. When I opened it, there was a nice minty medicine scent, similar to name-brand sports creams, but it does not get hot when you apply it.The texture is a light smooth cream. It rubs into the skin easily and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. It doesn’t really feel like anything when you rub it in (did not have any cool sensation or any heat sensations or anything like that, just a nice soothing feel). I only noticed a little pain relief, but I’ve only just started using it.Since it’s hard to read on the jar, the ingredients in this are:Main : - Purified water - Aloe barbadensis leaf extract (Aloe Vera) - DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) – Note: Caution, this penetrates the skin and will carry other ingredients deep into tissues. Be sure to wash hands before and after applying. It can also cause skin irritation or reactions in sensitive users. Not recommended over broken skin. – magnesium chloride – May sting on sensitive skin - Coconut oil - Arnica extract – For inflammation and soreness - MSM – Anti-inflammatory, joint support - Moringa seed oil - Shea butter - Vegetable butter - Sweet almond oil - Vitamin EOthers: - glyceryl stearate,- cetearyl alcohol,- stearic acid,- sodium cocoyl glutamate- Glycerin- Isopropyl palmitate- Phenoxyethanol- Ethylhexylglycerin- Potassium sorbate- Sodium acrylates copolymer- PPG-1 trideceth-6- Tetrasodium glutamate diacetateValue wise, this is on the pricey side for a relatively small jar, especially since it takes a pretty good dollop to cover areas like the knee.Based on my experiences with this, value considerations (25 at the time of order) and my rating system this earns: 4 Stars – Performs or is as described. Mixed Results…
My experience with this product has been mixed.I have used pain relieving creams from compounding pharmacies that included DMSO, among other ingredients, so I am familiar with some of the anti-inflammatory and pain, relieving benefits.I have used this on an achy hip, that I have had two surgeries on. I’ve also tried this on an achy knee. It has a very nice smell – for those old enough, to me it smells like candy cigarettes (sweet wintergreen). It has a nice consistency, not too thin or thick, but quite robust and yet absorbs relatively easily with some moderate massaging. In my opinion, it’s not very greasy – I’ve definitely used similar creams that had some greasiness, but I wouldn’t characterize this cream that way. I like the container – it has a flip top, which helps to make it easy to apply and not too messy. I’ve had more success with my knee than my hip. It’s possible that the pain in my hip is so deep that the cream just can’t reach it, but I’ve used compounding creams with the DMSO specifically for hip pain that I had a lot of success with (these creams included lidocaine, and other ingredients that this cream does not). When I’ve used it on my knee, the pain relief is pretty quick – within minutes and lasts for less than one hour, which could make it helpful to use before falling asleep. I also like that it has natural ingredients.Honestly, in my experience, this cream didn’t perform any better than over-the-counter creams that are less expensive and available at any drugstore.

Pain-free first time of use
Bought this for my husband‘s shoulder, which has been causing him not to sleep with pain. The first time we used it when he woke up the next day he had no pain and for the next four or five days he had no pain. Since then, he’s been using it. Periodically on different sore muscles from work a little goes a long way. For us it has worked well for what we needed.
