Es un buen producto, ya lo e utilizado y mis amigas también, pero esta vez llegó roto, para no quedarme sin el producto me hago masaje con el dedo medio ya que es el que menos fuerza tiene. El video muestra que está roto en ambos lados, la bolita se mantiene dentro si está derecho, sino se cae, y si lo pasas por los ojos así mismo te puede cortar o lastimar

Bad quality! The wheel that’s supposed to roll isn’t smooth and it pulls on the skin painfully and the product itself doesn’t absorb quickly enough leaving a sticky residue. I tried to use it tapping it on my finger and then to my skin and it didn’t feel nice either. Used it a total of 3 times (trying to give it an honest break) and the last time I used it I got 1-2 tiny red bumps! Not a rash but a clogged pore type of situation I’ve never experienced with another product before. Thankfully it only lasted 2 days and it cleared out. I won’t be trying it again and I would return it for my money back if it were possible. Dissatisfied overall.
