I started using magnesium cream during pregnancy and have continued since because it feels like a safe, gentle way to promote calm and better sleep. This brand works about the same as the one I used before, and I especially enjoy the nightly ritual of massaging it into my feet before bed. It feels indulgent and calming.The texture is more lotion-like than a thick cream, which is a little odd to package in a tub, but I haven’t found it too messy. This cream smells amazing. It’s so relaxing.I got this to help with the nerves on my feet at night and it is semi effective in helping with that. It takes the edge off at the very least which helps me get to sleep. It is easy to apply of course and it absorbs into the skin nicely. Doesn’t feel super sticky or greasy and is very moisturizing.

I’m currently using a magnesium spray, and it’s just as effective, if not less greasy and sticky on the skin, despite being shea butter.The spray leaves a greasy feel that lasts a long time, but the cream dries up a bit faster, so it’s absorbed more quickly.There’s a light lavender scent, which is known to be soothing at night. The effectiveness of these products is subjective, but I’ll continue to use them to see the long-term effects.The price point is acceptable, as it should last long enough when applied to the areas of interest.
