Love this lip balm!
My lips are dry most of the time. I’ve been looking for a perfect lip balm/moisturizer for years and have decided there isn’t just one – there are a few, each one for a different purpose.This one I happened upon accidentally about a year ago and it is my favorite by far. Made by Dr Bronner’s, famous for the Dr Bronner’s All One organic liquid castile soaps, the balm is made with organic ingredients including organic essential oils. The organic part is not the reason that I buy it although I do prefer that it’s made with nonsynthetic ingredients.It’s not really a *protectant*. But it is a wonderful oil-based balm that moisturizes my sad dry flaky lips like nothing else. I choose the minty flavor because I like the little cooling effect that I get from that. Not heavy, very mild effect but I like it.This is not sticky, waxy or thick. It has more of a satin finish and is not glossy. In fact it feels nothing like a lip gloss at all. It smoothly glides over the lips probably because of the hemp oil content. I use it first thing before I start putting on any kind of makeup or lipstick and by the time I’m ready for lipstick it has usually absorbed into my lips and lipstick goes on easily. Which is exactly what I want! It’s just a great everyday lip-softening balm and I hope they never stop making it. It’s been getting very hard to find. So I’m thrilled I found it here and in a six pack! Happy happy happy!

Great lip balm
Like many people who use lip balm, I go through a lot of it, often wondering if the balm itself creates a need for more. This one doesn’t leave me wondering. It goes on smoothly, tastes and smells great, and hours after using it my lips still feel moisturized, not greasy or sticky but just sort of vaguely not-chapped. I’m trying to make myself finish up all the other tubes I have around so as not to be wasteful, but it’s not going well because I find myself reaching for this one first every time. Highly recommend!

Great product, but plastic packaging
I am very finicky about my lip balm. That being said, I love this lip balm. I enjoy the variety pack that lets me try the different varieties. I have not noticed any odd tastes or smells. They are very moisturizing and pleasant to use. I took off a star for the plastic packaging. With aluminum and paper options, why put it in a plastic container? I would definitely rate this 5 stars if it was more environmentally friendly.

Fantastic lip balm, barely noticeable with a nice tinge of peppermint, long lasting and does helped with chapped lips very effectively, only negative is the price point but since the performance is so good, you won’t use that much anyways, I’ve bought the 6 pack and have only gone through one in 4 months with consistent use

I have been buying this brand’s liquid, bar soaps and lotions for over 20 years so it was a natural progression to the lip balm. Personally, I like the make up of this product. One glide gives your lips the moisture needed because the consistency is firm, yet soft. It’s not oily in texture, nor dry in application. I continuous reorder this.

The greatest thing about this product and what makes it stand apart from every other at the same price point is that it is literally the only option that’s truly fragrance-free, and the only preservative is Vitamin E. This alone makes it worth repurchasing forever.This makes it a great emollient and semi-occlusive for sensitive, dry lips. But, because of the need to make it self-preserving, there is no added water, so you’re missing the hydrating effect that dry, cracked lips also need. That means this product isn’t going to be enough, by itself, and requires some kind of water-based serum or ointment underneath once in a while, so that’s what I’m searching for next.All in all, pretty close to holy grail status!

I have given 5 stars for this lip balm because it rightly deserves so! This is my first review writing about a product and I am more than happy that this is the product I have chosen because after a long time I have found my holy grail lip product for chapped lips..this more than assists in any lip condition a girl might have..Sore lips, chapped..dry..I apply this in the morning 5 minutes before I do the rest of my make up..making them perfectly plump and soft by the time I apply my other products..then once again in the night time before going to bed, leaving them well moisturised and conditioned. This is a fantastic product and would definitely re-purchase and recommend to everyone! So go on girls, after you have read this don’t waste any more time and purchase yours! 🙂 Much love to all!
