The Real Thing!
This is one of the few remaining echinacea extracts with a proper alcohol base, which is necessary for a fully extracted, strong and effective product. The glycerine extracts are weak, sugary tasting and ineffective for me. You can tell this is the real mcCoy from the tingly, almost champagne like flavor that stays on your tongue. Just knocked out a virus with it and ordered more.Thank you, Dr. C!

Great echinacea tincture. I have bought several bottles of this over the years. It has a good concentration of echinacea that can be tasted, creating that slight numbness on the tongue. It’s very effective and always helps colds, flus, allergies, etc. Together with other supplements it has made a huge difference for my 2 cats that have FIP. Helps their immune system big time. Would not be without it.

I have reordered this product and will continue to do so. Excellent quality, great price! It’s made from the Angustifolis (sp.?) leaf, rather than the Purpurea version if Echinacea; which is much more effective (in my opinion & others). I take 2-3 droppers full in my tea, juice, water whenever I feel a tinge of a cold coming on. If I keep it up and catch it early enough, I swear this is magic!! It eradicated the cold!! That’s worth it’s weight in gold!!

Odd Flavor
Like one of the other reviewers, the first thing I noticed was the odd taste- it almost has a taste like that of liquid soap! I have not encountered this flavor with any other echinacea tincture, including having made it at home from fresh garden plants.The other gripe I have is that the picture shows the ingredients as if it is a grain alcohol extract, but I received a glycerite. It is so hard to find an old-fashioned alcohol extract on Amazon- legality issue?

well, read about Echinacea on the internet, and gave it a try (incl. family).So far (nov-april) nobody was really sick. Taste is very good and no issues taking it.Power of herbs (kind of an old american indian recipe).Enjoy
