I received the item discounted through the ‘Vine Program’ or ‘Amazon Vine’.I don’t think it is working but the item came as described, with the right quantity, and good adequate packaging as you would expect. Just have mixed feelings about it working that’s all. Hard to comment or send a picture on this one.

Maybe I didn’t use them correctly or they are just another ineffective supplement. Giving three stars in case I’m not a good candidate for these supplements. Do your homework before purchasing.

They seem to work.
I wanted to wait a week or so after these arrived so that I could try them. I’m glad I did. They seem to work pretty well. If nothing else, I feel somewhat energized and less hungry after taking them. I can definitely see why it suggests to take them with a meal, as afterward I can go almost the entire day without eating and barely notice.I don’t know if I’ve lost any weight yet, but I suspect I have. I’ll have to wait until my next doctor’s appointment to find out.

The main ingredient helping control appetite seems to be caffeine, so if you are already a regular coffee drinker, you might not feel much difference.The pills are oblong and about the size of a nickel. For me, they are easy to swallow, but that might be different for some people.I do not expect any fat burner pill to work miracles on its own; diet and exercise are still the most important factors for weight loss. been taking and seeing if it does the good. makes the body feel a bit warmer not extreme. easy to take. effective maybe in months of use. I am hungry though seem to eat less. weight loss possible no scale. any side effects would be not seen I’m very healthy and well being is my foundation. thanks
