This stuff is magic!
I’ve used this serum for several years now and it’s my go-to for daytime alone or under makeup.I’m not sure how, but it does have a somewhat *glow up* sort of effect – hydrating, plumping and giving an all around more glowy and awake appearance. I personally like to use this with my Beauty Bio red-light roller (gently), then mist with a moisturizing toner and add Ordinary hyaluronic (in that order because the hyaluronic is thicker), follow with a water moisturizer of your choice and let it absorb. After a few minutes, I finish with DRMTLGY Tinted SPF. I am 53 and no one believes my age. This serum is definitely a part of the magic!

Honestly, I am not sure this product is worth the money. It costs an arm and a leg, so I was expecting obvious results. The product is very watery, lightweight, and yes somewhat hydrating, but there are cheaper moisturizers that will do the same work for much less money. I have enjoyed other products by this company, so this is not an across the board critique to the brand. Unfortunately this product was not worth the money.

’ve used different serums over the years, including everything from SkinCeuticals CE Frolic ($$$) to The Ordinary Azelaic Acid ($).The Paula’s Choice Vitamin C serum is a favorite but like many, I’m easily influenced by TikTok videos or IG ads. This one was recommended by DermDoctor | Dr. Shah as a SkinCeuticals dupe so I wanted to give it a try.The formula is so liquidy that it can drip out of the dropper even when you’re not applying pressure. Be mindful of this when applying so you don’t waste serum on your bathroom countertop.What I love most about this serum is the texture of the formula. A lot of serums feel oily and leave a tackiness on the face. This serum absorbed into my skin quickly and left it feeling smooth and soft. If you’re stuck on a decision about whether to buy this serum, I would give it a try. I was prepared to unimpressed by yet another product recommended on social media and instead have been loving the it.

It’s a nice serum but I really can’t justify that price when there are other products out there with a very similar ingredient deck. Used number 7 serum on one cheek and this serum on the other for a month and there was no difference. It does the job tho. no question of that but number 7 is cheaper.

I use other drmtlgy products, but this one I did not like. It has a watery consistency in my opinion. with Other comparable serums I can feel the hydration right away, but honestly I felt like I was just putting water on my skin. With that being said, I love the drmtlgy universal tinted spf, so this one was just a miss for me
