This e.l.f. product really surprised me. It has a smooth and creamy texture that applies easily and blends effortlessly. Works well on mature (71 yr) skin. Not super shiny – blends well.
Best thing I’ve tried in years! The colors online appear shinnery and darker than they really are. You can build on the color, but you still get a natural blended look. The videos all have younger women sharing, but I am 71 and have light skin (never tan) and I love this little stick. I ordered the glistening peach and plan to order the guava and peony colors. It is very small and fits in the palm of your hand, but just overall a great product and a great value at $6.00 or two for $11.00.

Lot’s of Color
I am not a makeup expert and was not sure how to apply the stick blush. The color I chose is a rich, deep tone, which I thought I would be able to brush and even out. . I am used to applying a blush stick directly to my face but when I used the stick in that manner, I ended up with a deep coral streak across my cheek. I used a brush to smooth it out but there was still a lot of color on my face. I took a tissue and wiped off as much as I could but still retained some color. I am telling you this, in the event that you purchase this and do the same thing. First, I think the color was wrong for my skin tone. Second, I don’t think I know how I should have used it. Other than that, the stick was nice and creamy and went on smoothly. I think the color has staying power, based on my experience. The small tube is definitely a convenient size. I would not be afraid to try this again with a different color.

I love keeping this product in my bag for makeup touch ups. It has so many uses like you can use it as blush, lip stick, and eyeshadow! It has been awesome because I have 3 products available to use and it only takes up the space of one! The color is very pretty and it has a subtle sparkle to it that’s not super obvious but you can see it! Great product!

The packaging sizes are different but the product sizes were same. The colors are super vibrant and the Glimmering Guava is shinier than the Dazzling Peony. Both cute, but I wish it was slimmer so it will be easier to apply on eyes.
