I have become very pleasantly surprised by the quality this brand keeps putting out. I have enjoyed so much of their make up I thought let’s check out their skin care. Why not?? I use this at night on the days I don’t use my prescription retinol. I don’t feel any sort of tingle or stinging sensation when I use it. It is orange and I use just one pump for my whole face and neck. I then follow with a good moisturizer. I really like the way this feels on my skin. It’s not overly scented and it rubs in nicely. My skin always feels good in the morning even before I wash my face. I have only used it a little more than a month but I’m very happy so far with the results.

Unlike other retinols that have caused me to have skin irritation and burning, I use this serum every day on my sensitive skin with no problem. Some vegan retinols have a strange, mushroom scent, but this does not, though it does smell somewhat herbal to me. It goes on easily, and it is orange when first applied–which seemed strange the first time I used it. However, the color immediately fades and blends into my natural skin tone. One pump is more than adequate to provide full covereage. It’s affordable and cruelty free.

I like this serum because it is lightweight, non-sticky and non-irritating on my skin. The color looks intimidating at first, but once you blend it, it will turn almost clear. I use it every night with a pea-sized amount and partner it with my moisturizer. Unlike other retinoids that I have used, this one is mild and didn’t dry my skin. It also doesn’t have a scent. After using one bottle of it, I can tell that it improves the texture of my skin, especially on my chin and nose. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Brilliant serum. I’m so impressed. I can’t find adapeline gel in Ireland or the UK so I’ve been looking all over for a strong Vitamin A. This wears well, and I looked refreshed with smoother skin after the first night. Using products like these are lifesavers for my dark spots that become worse in the summer. (I use a strong sun cream and keep my face covered when outside.) Will buy again.

I like the texture, it absorbs well, not very strong so not sure if it works well for wrinkles, but my skin toletates well. If you have sensitive skin apparently this is a good option compared to retinol which can cause a bit of peeling and irritation.
