Super hydrating!
This is nice! This serum honestly feels like something from a higher-end line. The packaging is well thought-out with an airtight pump, clean design, and no mess. It’s a little pricey, but it does feel like quality skincare. The texture itself is thicker than I was expecting, but it goes on smoothly and sinks in quickly with zero stickiness. A single pump is plenty, so a little goes a long way.I’ve been using it in rotation with my other nightly serums and so far it seems to play well with everything else. I have very sensitive skin (with rosacea) and this doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Instead, it leaves my skin feeling silky soft and (amazingly!) still hydrated by morning. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of dark spot removal, as I have not been using it long enough (results take time!), but it really does an amazing job of hydrating my otherwise sensitive, dry, and aging skin.

I am LOVING this Easydew DW-EGF Melatoning Ampoule 1X Hydrating Dark Spot Serum (whew that’s a mouthful – but I want to ensure that my review has locked in the product name to what I received and tried). This product is what I hoped it would be – it offers lovely hydration while also working to improve skin texture, including using AHA to help with dark spot correction (over time – it’s not instant!). I made sure to capture some photos to show scale of what you get, as I know that matters as you determine the product value. It glides on beautifully, no weird or overpowering scents, absorbs quickly and nicely (no tacky texture). I’m impressed. Ingredients are important to me, so I made sure to capture that in my photos I’m sharing – please please please note the AHA warning. This is so important if you’ll be in the sun (although remember that sunburns also happen on cloudy days). I’d also caution you to start slow and allow your skin to adjust, and talk to your prescriber if you are using any prescription medications on your face like tretinoin which also increase sensitivity to the sun (if you’re reading this, you want glowy skin – you don’t want to recklessly damage it by doing too much at once). As always, I encourage a patch test for any new product. I like to use the back of my hand – and given the nature of this product, I plan to keep treating the back of my hands when I do my face, as I have sun spots and aging there that could use a little love too. I’m not sure if you’ll know it, but in my pictures I also took one of a drop of the product on the back of my hand, then I flipped my hand upside down so you can understand the thickness of the product. It will not be running down your arm rapidly – it’s not thin at all. I also greatly appreciated the safety seal on the exterior package.

No Issues with My Sensitive Skin
When reviewing skincare products, I prefer to do a two-part review: the first part covers my initial impression of the product (texture, smell, feel, etc.), and if I have any allergic reactions or sensitivities, the second part addresses the product’s performance after finishing it or explains why I stopped using it.Part One: Several ingredients in this Korean product are proven to reduce dark spots, which is why I ordered it. I love Korean skincare because it is effective and free from harmful chemicals. I have sunspots on my cheeks from sun exposure and tanning beds when I was a teenager and in my 20s. I’m 59 now, and I use sunscreen on my face daily.This cream is lightweight. I don’t detect any smell from it. It absorbs quickly, which I appreciate because I layer toner, serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen on my face. I usually use it at night, but not every night. I rotate my skincare products because there are too many to apply daily. This serum layers well and doesn’t pill. I have very sensitive skin and haven’t experienced any adverse reactions or sensitivities to it.Having only used it for about 3 weeks, I can’t really speak to the results yet, but I will update the review once I’m close to finishing the bottle.

Smoother Complexion But Causing Breakouts
I have some dark spots on my face that I would like to fade, so I decided to give this a try. I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks now and can’t say I’ve seen much difference in the dark spots, but I will say over all my complexion looks clearer and smoother. I will keep using it to see what happens.It is a fairly lightweight formula so it doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. Which is nice as I tend towards oily skin. I only use 1 pump or less at a time.My one complaint with this is that I have started with random pimples popping up on my face in areas I almost never get pimples. Since this is the only difference, I have to assume it is coming from this.Also, I can’t say that I feel like it is worth the price.
