Well, with my first impression I really would love to give this only one star. This smell does not appeal to me at all and almost makes me feel dizzy or something. It seems to be high quality and well packaged. It also comes with a great little suggestion guide for other essential oils as well. I will give this a try tonight to see if it helps, I’m a bit nervous however because I just think it smells gross. It smells like licorice and a little lavender. I love Lavender but this combination is all wrong for me so far. Hopefully it will surprise me.Will Update after I try it.Update!I used this last night as suggested on the back of the bottle. I rubbed it into my feet diluted into olive oil after my shower. WOW. I was asleep within 15 minutes. I was planning on watching some tv, but I began to feel too relaxed and thought ok, I’ll just read the suggestion guide they included with this oil. I began to notice I wasn’t comprehending and had to re-read a few lines and then, the next thing I remember is my bf was already in bed and the lights were out! I’m going try it again tonight and if I get the same effect I will keep the four stars 🙂 I have been impressed because initially I felt this was going to be useless based on its detering smell. I guess it’s not meant for its aroma, but it’s physiological affects.Will Update to rule out the factor that I may have just been exhausted. I feel this oil worked.Update:Still great! I’ve actually grown to appreciate the smell better. It’s still not a smell I’d wear or purposely smell for aromatherapy, but it definitely works for me when applied as per instructions. I also dream more while using this.Not sure if I’d repurchase, but I am glad I bought it and I would recommend if you need the sleep help. It works for me.Update: so I’ve grown to no longer be offended by the scent. Great quality as always and such a nice blend soft and soothing. The great thing about Eden Gardens is that they give you a dram sample of another blend to try! Other companies don’t do that so great way to market even in this economy they still find a way to thank their clients with a little surprise gift! I have tried other brands on Amazon and have others I also enjoy but have to say that EG blends are nicely selected and blended. The scents are not that overpowering but they do linger. I have put some good collections of their blends on my wishlist so will be treating myself with some of them hopefully soon!! I use their essential oils mainly for body products and in my massages for they are a company I can trust. This blend is a great one to help you feel uplifted and brings a smile to your inner being.

Im loving this oil!! I rub it on my wrists at bedtime and the scent is perfect. Not too strong but you notice it. I don’t smell it when I wake up so it wears off over the night. I struggle to sleep and this is a nice addition to my nighttime routine. I will definitely reorder.

My daughter just got me started using essential oils a couple months ago. I loved the aromas and started to read up and learn about all the good things that essential oils help with. Most Essential oils are natural healing oils without all the chemicals that our medicines all have in them now days. You want to make sure that the company you buy your essential oils from are pure and do not add chemicals to them to make them cheaper. The essential oil assortment that my daughter sent me was from Young Living. Looking them up I read that they were supposed to be the best but they were so expensive. I figured there had to be other companies out there just as good so I went on line and started looking. Edens Garden is a great company and the products are a lot cheaper and in my opinion just as good. I love all the oils I have purchase from Edens Garden.Good Night Synergy essential blend oil by Edens Garden is a pleasantly nice smelling blend of essential that promotes calm and rest so you can go to sleep faster if you are all keyed up and having problems slowing your brain down. Eden Garden has layered layers of individual oils, each with unique soothing properties that help you fall to sleep. Good Night Synergy is an even blend of Chamomile, Clary Sage, Copaiba, Lavender, Peru Balsam, Sandalwood, Sweet Marjoram and Ylang Ylang. Edens Garden states that their essential oils are never diluted or mixed with additives which makes me feel safe about their essential oils.I diffuse this oil and it is just wonderful. I have not tried to make a mixture to spray on my pillow. I have been thinking of doing that for my son who has problems going to sleep every night. Don’t think he would use a diffuser if I took one to his house so spraying his pillow may help.I have tried a few of Edens Garden essential oil blends and love them all. In my opinion Eden Garden the company and their essential oil blends are definitely five star and sold at a great price.

I’ve loved all the Eden’s Garden blends I’ve tried so far (as well as all the individual oils) But this one is my favourite of the blends.It’s just perfect for what I wanted it for. I tend to use the blends pretty much only to diffuse as I am meditating.Not that I had a idea what méditation actually might “smell” like if it had an odour. But if it did have an odour I bet it’d be close to this smell.It smelka like the great outdoors to me. Like leaves, pinecones, and all sorts of beautiful greenery and plantlife.To me the goal of meditation is to feel more and more connected to nature and the world around us, and all that’s in it and part if it. A beautiful nature scent like this could only help with this. In a green diffuser, even better.It strikes me that it’d be a really great autumn scent too.
