Great product. Info for FIBROID sufferers below.—- TMI Warning, graphic, explicit info follows. —-I bought this in hopes of reducing extremely heavy menstrual bleeding and clots. I had bled non-stop for months, with only occasional non-bleeding days, and clots often the size of an extra large egg. The anemia was getting to me and I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to live through it if it continued.In desperation I started using these EGCG pills in conjunction with fibroid reduction homeopathy drops and Chi’s Myomin, plus adding grape seed oil to my greens at meals. I also started doing however much I could do (not much) of HIIT exercise once every three days.I’d used this protocol for only 2 weeks before my cycle. This cycle I’ve had less than half the bleeding, and the clots are down to about 1/3 the size and frequency. Honestly I can’t say which of the items is doing the trick, or if it’s the synergy between them, but it’s working and that’s all that matters.Will definitely purchase again.– UPDATE –After amazing success doing this for a month, I had a bad detox overload (body ache, migraines, fever, in bed two days). I’m sad I didn’t prepare for the heavy load this kind of detox puts on the body, I know about Herxheimer reactions and should have seen it coming. I started taking support for the detox pathways (molybdenum, b1-b6, milk thistle, NAC, parsley, fresh organic lemon juice in water, l-glutamine and l-lysine) and it eliminated the detox side effects. I feel this is the best Green Tea Extract on the market because there is NO advancement of my Amyloid disease after 3 months.
I was diagnosed with Wild-Type Tranthyretin Amyloid. No Medicines currently available. A GERMAN study using Green Tea had a very positive result. I researched and found RELENTLESS IMPROVEMENT had the supplement with the EGCG I required with low caffeine. I currently take two capsules with a Natural Vitamin C (no stomach problems) at 4:00AM on an empty stomach for max absorption. I had a question on the amount of black pepper berry extract in each capsule. I sent the question to the company and got an immediate reply from Kim Bryant that the amount was only 1mg. I feel this is the best Green Tea Extract on the market because: it is decaffeinated, has the maximum amount of EGCG, solvent free water extraction process, and does not bother an empty stomach (can go right back to sleep after taking @ 4:00AM).

I just purchased my second bottle and will continue to purchase from this company. I’ve had noticeable improvements from using it, in both my health and my skin from the polyphenols and other beneficial constituents that are in quality green tea extracts. It works..maybe too much. Numbness
The product is very potent. I think the dose was toxic to me as I started experiencing numbness on my toes, then my foot, then my leg. It was very scary. This was the only new supplement I was taking. I stopped it and a week later, no more numbness. It works, but you might need to adjust the dose.

A unique ECG product in my experience.
I was looking for a decaffeinated ECG/Green Tea supplement that actually disclosed the method of decaffeination used. Surprisingly, that’s a rather difficult requirement to satisfy. Most brands use comforting but evasive language to address the issue of how they remove caffeine. I assume that if a brand won’t explicitly state they are using water based caffeine extraction (the most expensive method) they are using a solvent method. Now if a product uses solvent based extraction that isn’t necessarily bad but one wants to be sure that residual solvent content is as low as it should be. I want to see third party verified batch testing. I can’t find one brand that does that AND provides links to those third party documents on their website. I’m not going to just take their word for it. By default, this brand is what I buy now. It’s difficult to rate a product like this for “value” and function. Supplements are a small part of an overall diet plan and most consumer ratings of these products are anecdotal and nearly meaningless in my opinion. It takes years of use over a large population sample to really determine the efficacy of supplements in most cases. I’m using it as part of a many faceted diet plan to hopefully keep thyroid cancer in long term abeyance.

I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise !
I have a rotator cuff injury and was in pain quite often especially in the evening when trying to sleep. Dr. gave me everything. Literally nothing worked. Doing some research I understood that green tea can prevent inflammation and help. But you have to drink so much green tea that’s not really practical not to mention the caffeine as a side effect. So when I came across EGCG I got a bottle to give it a try since it had caffeine removed and was a high dose of green tea. I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise within a few days my shoulder started feeling better without taking any other medicines. I made sure not to take the doctor’s medicines so it wouldn’t get any faults results. After a few more days the pain was almost gone and walking around and within a week I could lay down on the shoulder although it still hurt its pain level had dropped significantly.I have continued taking it and even bought another bottle. The pain has stayed very tolerable only when I reach for something very high because I forgot about the pain though my shoulder let me know it’s still there. Now taking this on an empty stomach in the evening I found did give me a slight upset stomach so not the best idea. I think it mainly during the day and at least a few hours before going to bed.
