How to use Scarfade Elite
Apply Scarfade Elite twice daily (morning & evening). Reapplication may be appropriate when using on areas that receive frequent washing or are exposed to frequent rubbing. Apply a small amount onto the skin & gently massage it in. You don’t need a large amount for it to be effective. It is believed that massaging the scar may aid the healing process, so if you have time it may be beneficial to spend a couple of minutes gently massaging the scar with Scarfade Elite while applying it. Once applied, you can use a clean tissue or cloth to gently wipe away any excess buildup if necessary. A normal course of treatment with Scarfade Elite is 12-16 weeks, or until you are no longer seeing improvement. One bottle of Scarfade Elite should be enough to last a full course of treatment for a 3 to 4 inch long scar.
When to start using Scarfade Elite –
You can begin using Scarfade Elite once the wound has healed or stitches have been removed. The key point is that the skin should be fully closed.

Amazing product
Scar fade was recommended by my Dr after surgery. So far it’s been working as described and leaves the skin in area I apply very soft.I also keep area covered and stay away from direct sunlight as much as possible per Drs recommendations to help scar fade away as it should. While my scar can still be seen, it’s not dark and obvious for the 3 months of using this product. I have missed many days where I don’t apply because I forget, but o get compliments on how great it looks from friends and family. May be noted that if you don’t keep area protected from the sun’s harmful rays, not just this product, but any product in general will not work as expected as you are sun burning the delicate skin. Would recommend this product, but should keep areas protected from sun rays.

This is better than $80 scar gel I have tried. My doctor suggested this brand and I have bought it several times because it works so well. I have many scars from surgeries and this is the best I have found.

Very effective, even on old scars!
This gel is lightweight, has no scent, and is very effective even on old scars. It absorbs quickly and feels so smooth. I tried the tube version but this is more efficient. I’m glad my dermatologist recommended it.
