Great taste. Slightly fizzy. Sometimes I use it as a sports drink, as it contains potassium and magnesium. Also good alternative to caffeine in the afternoon. Dissolves well.

Seems to work!
I used to always get sick with some sort of respiratory illness of varying severity when traveling. For the past few trips I’ve started drinking this daily a few days before until a few days after and I haven’t gotten sick. Coincidence? Maybe. But it certainly doesn’t hurt and at $10 a box isn’t super expensive. What it is not is a tasty beverage. I just mix it in a fairly small glass of water and gulp it down. I have never had an issue with getting old packets as some reviewers seem to lately.
