Seriously…This is a Game Changer!
I really love this product and I’ve been using it for a little over 2 weeks now. I had been feeling very sluggish and run down lately. Even when I get plenty of sleep. My job is extremely demanding and when you add in an 8, 4, and a 2 year old…things can get out of control pretty quickly. On most days, that 2 to 3pm time slot is usually the worst for me because I struggle to keep my eyes open. I can’t drink coffee because that keeps me up all night. But with this product, I have energy for the most important hours of the day but I can sleep at night without a problem. What I also love about this supplement is that I don’t feel jittery or anxious but rather I have an energetic calm feeling throughout the day. I don’t seem to focus on the trivial details but rather I am able to focus on what really matters. My productivity has improved and my husband made the comment that my mood is more upbeat and positive. Maybe it’s the supplement and the fact that I don’t feel overwhelmed as much, but I do feel happier about life. That’s a pretty cool and unexpected benefit of this product.

Truly an amazing product!
I would have to say this product is like no other energy and focus product. I am a fitness coach and not only do I take this supplement but 99% of my clients are on it. It makes their training laser focused and it allows them to train the entire session with getting distracted!!! It also helps with keeping them focused on diet. My clients consist of Mother’s on the go, Doctors, Nurses, Business Men and women who have a busy schedule and need the energy to make it thru the day! I keep a bottle on hand at the gym also for other members to try. Not everyone can drink those energy drinks plus there not great for your health. Green Regimen has really come up with a GREAT PRODUCT. I have 4 more bottles coming today ! I just received 5 more bottles!

Lasting Energy
My first day taking Energy & Focus supplements was on my 64th birthday. I took two capsules an hour before heading to the gym for a workout and cardio dance class.I was able to do several supersets before the class. Prior to the gym shutdowns I used to get a very red face after dance class, but it has not happened in four years. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the locker room after class to see my super red face. My energy level was great every class I attended.I noticed the rest of the week that even on days I did not get more than 5 hours of sleep the night before – that my energy stayed level with no falling asleep mid afternoon.I was also able to focus into the early evening one of the days where I was on three zoom calls back to back.There was no jittery feeling I used to get when taking fat burner supplements. I have never tried coffee and not sure what other supplements I have ever taken that had caffeine besides fat burners.. I am taking the two capsules every morning with water.I am looking forward to other noticeable improvements as I continue to take Green Regimen Energy & Focus supplement. Daily Morning Routine
I typically don’t like taking any supplements other than creatine and protein powder (sometimes multivitamins) and I have a very regimented daily routine so I was hesitant to try this when my friend recommended it but at $2/serving, I thought what the heck.I took Energy & Focus for a few days, which turned into weeks, and now it’s part of my daily routine. I enjoy the sustained energy that I get in the mornings, as well as being able to focus on SINGLE tasks for a long time. I tend to jump back and forth from project to project but with this, I’m able to really knock out tasks in one go, which is a huge for me.Thanks for having such a clean product and I’ll be a long-time customer!

These do work somewhat, but I wish the ingredients were more detailed
As stated in the title, these do seem work reasonably well for improving energy — probably about on par with a good cup of coffee or so, so enough to perk you up, but unless you rarely consume caffeine and aren’t acclimated to it, the effects are pretty subtle — no jitteryness or bouncing off the walls that I’ve noticed. I typically drink one cup of coffee a day and the occasional energy drink if I’m feeling really sluggish, so I am used to consuming caffeine, but not typically in huge amounts, for reference.However, what I really DON’T like about these, is that there’s absolutely no way to tell how much caffeine is actually in each pill, because rather than the active ingredients on the bottle breaking down each one and the amount included individually, they’re all rolled together and listed as “Green Regimen Energy and Focus Formula — 1300mg”, which isn’t very informative. That could mean it contains 1000mg of caffeine, and 150 each of l-tyrosine and l-theanine, or 10mg of caffeine with the other two ingredients accounting for the rest, or anything in between, which isn’t very helpful. I’m not too concerned about the other two ingredients, but I personally like to keep track of how much caffeine I’m consuming more or less, so that I don’t accidentally consume too much too fast and give myself the jitters or worse… but there’s no way to tell with this stuff, which is not only frustrating, but seems like it could also be potentially dangerous to those with certain health conditions. So if you’re a kid or teenager or elderly, or have heart problems or other health problems that could potentially be triggered by caffeine, or if you’re simply a bit sensitive to caffeine in general… it might be wise to skip these, and look for a product that actually tells you how much caffeine you’re consuming in each dose.
