I recommend this to literally anybody. For years I’ve been having serious debilitating pain in my stomach with nothing on my tests. Finally they did an uncommon scan and found my gallbladder wasn’t working properly. A year later I finally had it taken out, only to have the most insane indigestion! I started taking two of these every time I ate, have had no problems since then! I don’t have to take them as often now, although it would probably be best to do so anyway. Especially with heavier foods! We could all benefit from enzymes to support digestion, it likely could have supported my gallbladder so much sooner had I known!!

If you have any trouble, digestion, gas and bloating this is for you! I am sensitive to cheese, and every once in a while find some veggies upset my stomach I take two of these tablets, and it is so effective! Works quickly, and helps soothe and upset stomach, if I know I’ll be eating something that may upset my stomach I’ll take this ahead of time and avoid the upset!

I’m perplexed
I suffer with Fibromyalgia and the older I get the worse my symptoms get. I have tried SOOOO many probiotics and prebiotics with probiotics! I’ve spent just too much money. When you have Fybro well I have a ton of intestinal issues. These products end up constipating me and or. Causing so much pain in my intestines and causing bloat. I take gas x with it , but it just doesn’t work. I feel like a freak of nature🥺 anyone else have this problem??

I am not full celiac or lactose intolerant, but a few bites of wheat makes me nauseous, my throat start to close up, and my inner ears itch. Dairy gives me dark undereye circles that will turn into an earache in addition to the typical lactose intolerance gas. I got a free sample of these and gave it a try. I took one pill 5-10 minutes before consuming a plate full of what would make me pretty sick. A flour tortilla burrito with cheese and sour cream, aged and soft cheeses on crackers, two beers, and a cupcake. I was rather stressed when I started because of the association of being sick after eating something like that. But I was fine! I have since used it two more times. Once I did not wait before eating and I had to stop and take a break to let the capsule open up. I carry a few with me in case of facing a meal with little to no options, say a friend of a friend who cooks spaghetti, garlic bread, and caesar salad. No biggie, pop a pill. It takes the stress out of going out or to limited option events.It works for me, I’d recommend giving the digest spectrum a try

I’ve found that as I get older, I’m developing for sensitivity issues. First hops in beer, and now dairy. Maybe gluten, but who knows..After trying my wife’s enzymes at a pizza place, I felt much better that I would have otherwise and didn’t wake up the next morning with gas pain and several trips to the loo.The relief in symptoms would make me believe these work and I’ll continue using them.

I bought this to use with the Mucostop in the hope it would help my continuous allergic post nasal drip. I couldn’t really tell a difference. Seemed like a high quality product.
