Have been taking leanmode on and off for 8 years. Product works excellent but only with a good nutrition plan and a good mix of weight training and cardio. There are no side effects and has helped increase metabolism and expedite fat loss. 10/10 would recommend for both male or female.

Didn’t help with wheight loss
I am 39 years old,I’ve been working out consistently for about 10 yeats now. My workout activities include wheight lifting, cardio (walking, running), core exercises, and yoga. I gained about 10lbs. over the holidays and during a vacation in January so by the first week of February, I decided I need to bring my wheight down. The first 3 weeks of deliberate diet and exercise yeilded no results.I decided to try Lean Mode to see if it would help. I followed the directions on the bottle; 3 capsules 30-60 mins before meals. I paired it with their other supplement NiteMode that you take before bed. I used it every day until I finished the bottle. I didn’t lose any wheight.I really tried too. Its not like I thought I could take the pills and they’d magically work by themselves. I was eating salads and kale, fruit and yogurt smoothies, getting in a minimum of 10,000 steps a day on top of going to the gym for full workouts. My wheight has not gone down, the supplements had no effect.I’m gonna keep at it, but now I know for sure the wheight loss pills aren’t going to help.

I had been on Phentermine for a while and lost 35 pounds. The medication has heart side effects, so my doctor would not renew it for at least three months. During that time, I gained some weight back but held it firm at +/- 30 pounds. Since I had more weight to loss, I decided to try Leanmode based on the reviews and the fact that it was stimulant-free. I don’t use caffeine, so I didn’t want any stimulant reaction.The first week was horrible. I was hungry ALL THE TIME. I haven’t experienced those types of hunger pains since I was playing softball. The second week, I was just as hungry and was like the energizer bunny. I couldn’t sit still or focus on my job. After that week, I stopped taking it. The hunger pains have disappeared, and I’m back to my regular routine.I would not recommend Leanmode for anyone who doesn’t use caffeine regularly. I’m pretty confident this was my issue.

As a better alternative to drinking energy drinks every day I take these three medium size pills in the morning with water alongside my GAT sport men’s multivitamin with testosterone support and I am ready to work out,fast until lunch or not crave a full meal for breakfastI would recommend drinking plenty of water as I am a natural sweat this also warms me up more and I am constantly sweating if the weathers hot or I’m running/pumping mad ironI plan on using this product for the foreseeable future, but I do plan on cycling off of it as well for a month or two to continue its beneficial effects. It’s nice having a energy supplement with no jitters.
