By far, the best sleep aid I’ve ever used
Bottle is smaller than I thought, capsules as well. Pics are size comparisons. All you get is the Sleep Mode, not the Advil PM not the Mio water enhancer not anything else. I take as instructed. I take 2 capsules 1 hour before I entend to sleep. Which is great because, my mind sorta “picks up in intensity” when I try to lay down to get some sleep. What I mean by that is, I work a lot, 10-14 hrs days, 6 days a week. My job can be monotonous, but I love it. Anyway, after my workday and I’ve eaten and in bed, my mind starts “wandering”. So, I try streaming a show, or mess around on tiktok or YouTube. I intend to be asleep within an hour, but I lose track of a lot of time (hours). But with Sleep Mode, I Finish the workday, get a shower, eat, wait about 15 minutes to take the 2 capsules, the continue my routine as normal. Within an hour, I feel my eyes start to get tired. This is when I put my phone down and turn over. I’m a sleep shortly and waking up, refreshed… That’s the kicker. I don’t wake up drowsy, tired, weak, loopy, anything. I wake up feeling good and a few times I wake up early, on my own. Seriously, I sleep like the dead. Throughout my entire life, as far back as I can remember, I have had trouble waking up. I’ve never gotten enough sleep and when I did wake up on my own, I’d be groggy from oversleeping. There was no balance. Now, I have forgotten to take it a couple times, and yeah, I just start back the next night like nothing changed. It didn’t seem as though it made a difference. Some supplements need to build up in the body for maximum benefit. But yeah, I’m gonna order more. I hope this helps others dealing with my situation.

I took two pills at first and two, four hours after and was still awake. I don’t find that prescription sleeping pills even work at all. Last time trying, it only works if you take with prescription sleeping pills I take 4 of these and one prescription pill and sleep for 8 hours. I take 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of these on its own doesn’t work or one prescription pill but together you sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. My body is clearly immune to a lot of things like anesthesia needs to be trippled to work on me.
