My order of Fit Tea 14 day Detox came early …
My order of Fit Tea 14 day Detox came early last Thursday 1, 16 the order date was for Tuesday 6, 16 so i started on Friday 2, 16 and it works on cutting my appetite where i was not hungry, it does it work on cutting your appetite its just been 2 days now. So im waiting to see will i lose weight so i gave it a 4 right now when i start seeing a change in my weight loss i will update again 😀. Im back with my weight results i started drinking it Friday 2, 16 i weight 191 lbs and then i weight myself on Friday 9, 16 im now 185.8 i have lost 6 lbs i will order more i want to get to 175 lbs r 165 lbs 😀😀😀😀 im loving this tea ☕. My last 14 day was last Thursday 15 then I went to GNC on last to get the 28 day fit tea detox. And started on Friday 12/16/16 and its not working for me it have my stomach growling and i feel hungry. So i just order back the 14 day fit tea because i feel it did not have me to feel hungry for the whole day. So i will stick with i know what work for me. With the 28 day fit tea right now i feel hungry my stomach is making growling noise 🙁 😞

Works great with healthy habits
I have been on a weight loss journey since the end of December. Before I tried Fit tea I was drinking Yogi tea but wanted to try fit tea since I had heard good things about it. This tea works if you also incorporate healthy eating and a workout routine. During my 14 day detox I lost an additional 8 lbs. I do watch what I eat and workout 3-4 times a week. The great thing about this tea is that it fills you up. The taste at first wasn’t the best but I got used to it. I also did try Bae Tea prior to Fit Tea as well and my biggest reason for switching was because Bae Tea skimped me on the tea bags. Either way it works great and I just ordered more.

Okay here’s the rub
I’m 27F.My starting weight on day 1 : 141.6Ending weight day 14 : 141.6Out of the 14 days I worked out 12 of those days (cardio & light weights to burn fat)My diet is a high protein diet I stuck to it pretty good even with Thanksgiving. The tea tasted good and did give me that energy to work out which was great since it was always after work. However, first of all, I had to pee all the time. You are instructed to drink allot of water so of course your going to pee allot. Tbh I feel like this tea slowed me down from reaching my goal. After I finished the tea I wanted to see if I actually lost weight without it and I did. I am now currently 137.6 . Even tho I followed the instructions, worked out and ate right, it still didn’t work for me.There is no magic tea, pills or product they will make you lose weight alone BUT I put in the work I saw no results. Honestly if you want a boost just for the energy part just drink green tea before your work out or pre workout.

I lost 2 lbs while drinking this every morning. I am not sure if this was the reason for it but I did have a little more energy throughout my day. I like the taste but I didn’t see a decline in hunger for the first 4-5 hours. If anything I experienced the opposite. I think I will shop around and see if other options have better results. Also this is not loose tea, there are individually tea bags in here, 1 for each day, but you can probably use the tea bag twice a day (like 2 cups of tea). Not sure if I would spend another $30 trying this out.

Good tea, don’t hope for a weight-loss miracle
This tea tastes great if you like green tea, and it has a little honey flavor in it so it has a very light sweetness to it and doesn’t need any sweetener if you don’t drink heavily sweetened tea or coffee usually. Of course this is not going to be a weight loss miracle, what is does do is help keep your digestion moving and off load some water weight so you feel less bloated and has great even energy from the green tea; no coffee chitters. I drink one cup in the morning and love it! Keeps me energized and fog free for my day. The trick is to keep drinking water throughout your day so the detox benefits work.
