Best Alternative For The Iron Pill
I take this every morning and it keeps me awake throughout the day. I can tell the difference when I don’t use it because I go into a deep sleep into the next day, even if it’s the early afternoon. It tastes like juice and not at all hard to consume. Speaking of juice, I take it with orange juice now and it gives me an extra boost, though there is no problem with absorption. The quality is good because it does exactly what it should for the price. The bottle is perfect for storing in the fridge and the measuring cap is very practical. My hair and skin has changed for the better. It’s a slight difference, but enough to where I can notice. I buy multiple bottles at a time because this has improved the quality of my life/health and I hate going a day without it. I had so many side effects from the pill so buy this (and consult with a doctor) if you can’t stand the iron pill.

Works for me!
I really like this supplement. This may sound weird but I do feel it, especially when I take two separate doses. I feel my body warm up and it gives me energy. I am borderline anemic and I hope this helps. I’ll find out next week as I’m going in for blood work. It doesn’t taste bad and no stomach upset. It’s a little pricier than Globulo Rojo, which I was taking before but I think it’s worth the money. I’m a fan!

Very good quality
This liquid has nice taste to me and doesn’t irritate my stomach like a tablets. It increased my energy level because I was suffering of luck of iron. The only problem with it: the bottle is enough for 12-14 days only and it is not cheap.

Iron In Liquid Makes My Day
I love the liquid version of iron. I took the recommended amount and emptied out within less than 2 weeks. I feel it contributed to my iron needs but not sure how much it improved my anemic status. I did take it on an empty stomach with no problem. Lab tests are in my future schedule! Overall! I was expecting a larger portion. I also found the taste somewhat watered down. It wasn’t as herbal strong as expected! Delivery was as expected! Diet is equally as important which is prominent
