Unusual taste but not horrible. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 3 g of sugar per serve. Contains Vitamin D and Sodium. Contains Boron, fenugreek, black maca, horny goat weed and other supplements. Contains cane sugar and tapioca syrup. Contains vegetable oil and coconut oil. These gummies were fine but I’ll be looking for a supplement with less sugar in the future.
