with other supplements in the past causing nausea or discomfort, but I haven’t experienced any of that with these. They’re easy to take, and I can incorporate them into my daily routine without any worries.The value of these vitamins has truly surprised me. Given the comprehensive blend of essential nutrients they provide, I expected them to be quite expensive. However, they are reasonably priced, offering a great balance between quality and affordability. It’s clear that the makers have prioritized providing a high-quality product without making it cost-prohibitive. Gotta love Frida products!

Bad smell, good ingredients listed, takes multiple months and no difference was made. Bad taste, simple texture, large capsules, hard to swallow, not worth the money.

Unexpected Side Effects ⚠️
I loved the ingredient list for these supplements and was very hopeful! Unfortunately, I quickly found that I could not take this supplement without food or else 🤮🤮Before these supplements, my cycle was extremely regular and these extended my cycles significantly (almost double!)Hubby didn’t have any notable side effects, but HATED the taste and told me every time he took them lol

beware no expiration and older mfg dates
i have ordered these supplements twice. the first order in March 2025 had a mfg date of Aug 2023. i was a little nervous that there was no transparency on expiration. I ordered again in April 2025 and the product i received was mfg 5/2/25. So 3 months older than the first and 2 years prior to when i will be taking them. the quality is old. the flavor is strong orange likely bc they have been sitting with their scent sticks for 2 years. they make my urine florescent yellow. i have had no issues swallowing them nor have i had stomach ailments. i take them with food in the evening. i feel fine. my disappointment is with the mfg date and receiving an older product the second time i am ordering. i have reached out to frida to seek transparency on expiration and to report the poor distribution resulting in older products being delivered after new ones.

Excellent Vitamin Mix for Men and Women
I love that these are directed towards both men and women for fertility and provide essential vitamins for fertility aside from what is found in a typical multivitamin. I’d only suggest taking them after you’ve already eaten.

Tastes horrible.
Quality is okay. Kinda extremely prices for the lack of results. If you take it you should take it at night due to making your stomach upset. They are rather large in size.
