favorite brand for Ashwagandha
Great product. This was the first brand of Ashwagandha I used. I was pleased with the effects (feeling calmer etc). I decided to try the Pure Encapsulations brand as I use that brand for many other supplements with good results. The other brand did not work as well as these, so I while I used up the Pure brand ones, I am now happily back to using these again.
