Effective against house full of sneezing. Is bitter. I mix with mango/orange juice.
So bitter, I mix with mango/orange juice mix and it goes down way better. Very effective. Family is getting sick ans sharing but I ordered this and started taking it and within 1 day I could tell my immunity kicked it out.

Good stuff and traceable.
Really potent stuff. I could not take it directly due to the very strong taste so I mixed it into other drinks. I cannot speak to any efficacy (wouldn’t know how), but I do think this is a good product with traceable origins by batch number, which is great. The liquid was cloudy and had a lot of floaters, so I shook it up really well.

Gaia tinctures are the real deal
Gaia is a great brand based in the US. Many of their ingredients are organic (certified USDA organic), and they keep close track of their suppliers and supply chain to guarantee quality. Each supplement they sell has a code that you can enter at their website to find out exactly where each ingredient came from. I love this level of accountability. Many other brands won’t tell you where their ingredients come from. Gaia is a certified B corp because they have this extremely high level of transparency.This is a standard 30mL or 1oz bottle. It came sealed with a safety seal. As you can see from the photo, there’s a lot of dissolved solids in the tincture, and from my taste test, it is strong. I can definitely taste the echinacea in it. I diluted it in tea but the strong alcohol and echinacea definitely gave it a zing. The herbal ingredients have a reputation for helping with immune function. It does not work like an immediate cold medicine, but it’s something to support your immune system in a more holistic way. I will look forward to continuing to take this. I know that echinacea works for me, therefore I have no doubt that this remedy will be effective.Gaia supplements are not the cheapest ones out there, but you get what you pay for because the quality is unmatched. If you need some immune support and like herbal remedies, you can consider giving this a try, but you should always consult your doctor before taking any supplements.

Gaia Echinacea Drops
Echinacea is a must when cold and flu season approaches. If I or someone in the house gets sick, I start adding this to my morning cup of tea, I can’t really taste it in there. Alone it isn’t too pleasant, but it really seems to work.I have used other products from Gaia over the years and have come to know and trust this brand. They seem to focus on whole body health and wellness which I like.

Worked for me!
The product advises using this tincture at the first sign of getting a cold. I’ve had the opportunity twice now to use it, when I first felt my throat feeling scratchy. I DO feel like it has stopped both of these colds from progressing both times. The first time, I tried just squirting it directly in my mouth; that’s doable but it’s really, really gross. The directions advise mixing it in water and now I see why! They advise using about 50 drops for an adult. It’s not really practical to count out that many drops, so I just do one eye-dropper full. If you do a full one, the water mixture DOES taste a little weird but it’s not as gross. If I want my kids to drink it, I can only do a few drops before it starts tasting gross and they refuse it, which probably is not potent enough to do much. Still, I think if you don’t mind the kind of weird taste, they work great!
