Best digestive enzymes I have found
These are the best digestive enzymes on the market. My husband has IBS that is severe at times. He started out with 3-4 with each meal but now uses 1-2 and it controls his symptoms. No more staying home – just in case. I highly recommend these enzymes for anyone with digestive issues and everyone who wants a healthy gut.

I have tried to use many digestive supplement, whether they were from Instagram or GNC ads. They were ok, but never really worked. I felt bad until food got digested which took about 5 hours or a little more.With this product, it helps me digest food within 3 hours no matter how full I am. Im getting older and my stomach is really on its last limbs from my young days of drinking and partying. Like consuming food was starting to have an effect on my life where it wasnt getting digested in time and i would feel dizzy at times too. I have been on this product for about 3 weeks, and it has worked wonders since day 1. It works right away and at this moment, size of pill or smell did not bother me at all since it worked so well!You do have to find a right amount to take. try taking 1 or 2 pills at the beginning. I usually take 3 when i eat a lot or eat heavy greasy foods. if you ate lite foods like salads and etc, 1 or 2 should be enough.Again, this product is SOOOOO GREAT. I hope it helps many people as it did with me.

Magic Pill
Had persistent bloating and it had been a month or 2 since I reordered these. I didn’t realize they made such a difference until I found an old stash in a travel bag and popped ONE to see if it would help the crazy, pressurized bloating that recently has me looking 5 months pregnant. That was last night and this morning? Flat as can be. (Lately I’ve been waking up super bloated.) I reordered ASAP. I’ve also been very lethargic and achy lately, but woke up this morning in my first alarm and in a good mood. Crazy how gut health affects our mood so much. I trust Garden of Life with MY life; their supplements are all top quality.Just a note: I did experience die-off when I first started taking these, which was very unpleasant. Take a binder, and start at a very low dose (1 pill) if you’re susceptible to a Herx reaction or if your gut is super out of whack.

I’ve been using these enzymes for a few years now and keep going back to them. I was using them daily for some gut issues but now only use them if I have a meal that is harder to digest or causes GI issues.

Fantastic product – some capsules seem to have broken during shipping.
I love the convenience of ordering Omega Zyme Ultra from Amazon. The price is competitive and the shipping is great. However, the last 2 bottles that I have ordered have had approximately 10-15 broken capsules. I am not sure if this is a packing issue or what. The quality of the product is fantastic and I have used these for about 4 years. They enable me to digest food and absorb the nutrients from my food. I only wish that for cost of the product, I wish that there were less broken.

You can take these with food as digestive enzymes, or you can take them on an empty stomach as systemic enzymes, something you should Google, as it has many benefits. I take these with two other brands that you can do the same with for a greater spectrum spread.

“Garden Of Life” is one of the very best brands when it comes to suppliment products. This product is a very high potency enzyme high spectrum collection in each capsule. A bit pricy but worth it for people with digestive issues. Most people do not realize that most (but not all) migraine headaches are a result of something they are eating or drinking that their digestive system can’t break down because of a lack of enzymes in their digestive system. It then sits in your stomach or digestive tract much too long and can cause stomach pain and/or “hellish” headaches. But everyone is different. What is a miracle for one person may not help another very much. Taking a good potent enzyme capsule before eating and drinking, especially wine, juices, vegetables and ice cream can completely solve your stomach and headache issues. This information is not just from my own experience but from food and wine scientists I have communicated with regarding these subjects. Side note: No, sulfites in wine do NOT cause headaches. Don’t believe me? Get a typical 4 oz to 6 oz bag of dried fruit and have a snack. That small bag of dried fruit has 5 times the sulfites (sulfer dioxide) of an entire typical bottle of wine. If you don’t have any headache eating some dried fruit, then that will prove to you that sulfites are not the culprit. Btw, our bodies produce sulfites naturally every day. Think about it. And do some research. Don’t believe rumors and myths.

Solved My Digestive Issues
I’ve had digestive issues the past three or four years. It started with not being able to eat salad without causing hours of pain, gas, and bloating. Then I couldn’t eat any raw vegetables, onions, garlic, protein bars and powder, bread (except sourdough), anything with a lot of fiber, meat, poultry, etc. I was pretty much living on oatmeal, toast, and small amounts of protein when I could handle it.I tried other brands on Amazon, with limited success. They never got rid of my symptoms completely, however.Then I tried these. I started with 1 capsule at breakfast and 2 with lunch and dinner. I also added in seed probiotics. This combination has been a gamechanger over the last few months.I rarely have digestive issues now unless I forget to take them. I take the capsules at the start of a meal and enjoy normal digestion. I cannot recommend these enough.
