This stuff works!
This stuff works! With all the fires and poor air quality my kids couldn’t shake this congestion. I started giving them this once a day and within 2 days it was gone! It’s technically a supplement you can give them everyday, which I do recommend because it did strengthen my kids immune systems.It does taste nasty – one of my kids didn’t like it. But that’s okay they still drank it for the benefits.

I am thankful for this product. It helps my 6-year-old son fall asleep at night. I give it to him 30 minutes before bedtime, and it works. I also noticed an improvement in his immune system; he does not always get sick. I would highly recommend this product. I rarely write a review about a product, but this has to be told.

Taste isn’t the best
I’m reviewing strictly on taste. My 5 year old doesn’t mind it, but my 9 year old hates the flavor and says it tastes awful. I tried it and it is *slightly* sour. It is unsweetened which I can appreciate, but I’m going to add a little agave to it and see if it helps make it more bearable for my 9 year old.

I bought this product to get my kiddo, age 13, off long term melatonin use. The melatonin was messing with his T3 levels of his thyroid. My child absolutely could not sleep without melatonin. I also wanted something natural for him. I am so glad I found this product because it works great! He is very picky about flavor and doesn’t really care for the flavor, but doesn’t fight about taking it. So it can’t taste awful or there’d be no way he would take it. He has taken this for a month and it still works as well as the first time he took it. I wanted to make sure it was still working before I left a review I barely ever leave reviews. Something has to be really good or really bad before I will leave a review. I highly recommend trying this if you’re looking for a natural sleep aid.
