9% OF PEOPLE SAY THIS DOESN’T WORK, REALLY? I HAVE A HORRIBLE TIME SLEEPING, AND THIS STUFF WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME. I CAN SEE HOW PEOPLE HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING IT, BUT I TAKE ONE WITH A LITTLE FOOD OR WHIPPED CREAM AND IT SLIDES DOWN EASILY. I LISTEN TO AN AUDIBLE BOOK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO GET MY MIND OFF THE DAY WORRIES, AND I AM SLEEPING IN NO TIME. I TEND TO WAKE A FEW TIMES DURING THE NIGHT AND TAKE FOREVER TO FALL BACK TO SLEEP; WITH THIS, I FALL BACK TO SLEEP VERY QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND TRYING IT AND DISCOVERING IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE 80% THAT FIND IT HELPFUL. THAT IS PRETTY GOOD ODDS.

Finally Sleeping Through the Night!
I’ve struggled with sleep issues for a while, and I didn’t want to go down the route of prescription medications. I gave Garden of Life’s Sleep Well a try, and it’s been such a big help. For me, it doesn’t necessarily make me fall asleep faster, but once I’m actually asleep, I stay asleep. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I fall back asleep quickly, which is huge for me.The best part? I don’t wake up feeling groggy or hungover that can be caused by other sleep aids. I feel refreshed in the morning, which makes such a difference in how my day starts.This has become part of my nightly routine, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who needs help with staying asleep without the heavy side effects.

Works a little too well…
I have graves disease and was recommended to try a couple a different herbs. I stumbled upon this product since it has basically everything i was looking for. It seemed like the “sleeping pill” part was a bonus if it worked.And boy does it work… I have horrible insomnia, always have. I toss and turn, can go a few days without sleep, average 4 hours a night when im lucky. I’ve tried melatonin gummies and magnesium and both kept me up all night. So with that said, i didnt buy this product hoping it would help me sleep.First of all listen… THIS THING IS MASSIVE!!! like again, i have graves disease I’m totally used to taking a ton of pills a day of all shapes and sizes. Some reviews mentioned it was big but its not just long, the girth of this “little pill” would make some people blush. I knew right away i wouldnt be able to take the whole thing, so i cut it in half. Jokes on me, i still choked! The second time around i decided to me smart and just chew it. 🙃 if you like tea mixed with dirt then do that. Otherwise if you are like me and thought it was gross, cranberry juice really helped take the flavor.Unfortunately since its got a couple of good gut stuff in there, it does make you need to go number 2. I say this is unfortunate because within 20mins of taking this pill you’re going to realize your bones feel like mush and your eye lids are way too heavy. But another 20mins after that you’re going to realize that maybe the toliet seat is a lot more comfortable for taking naps than you first thought.Anyways i totally recommended this. Ill do an update in a few months to see if its still making me sleepy and if its helped my graves disease at all.

Huge pills!
Wanted to love these, but the pills are just huge! Tried them for couple of nights, but did not notice any improvement in my sleep. Can’t return them either…

Yay Sleep
My husband has trouble falling asleep. These work for him and seem to be super effective. They are bigger pills so he breaks them in easy so that they are easy to use. No side effects and we love that they are natural! Decent value – we would buy again for sure. I feel like things like this are all about the person and their body though. Hope it works for others too 🙂

Helps me sleep
I love this stuff! It takes a little while of taking it daily until it really becomes effective, like a couple of weeks, but it really helps me stay asleep and fall asleep faster.
