Decent multivitamin for the price. Could use more bioavailable forms for some of the vitamins. Didn’t notice anything to indicate an increase in testosterone. Might as well leave that out and put the savings into the higher quality vitamin types. Would also like to see this in softgel for better absobtion but that’s not a knock on them because I knew I was buying tablets. I’ll probably look for another brand next order.
