It’s a nice scrub, though the ginger is SCHTRONGGGG! Pretty much what you’d expect from a sugar scrub. The listing says to flip the jar over, but I didn’t find that as effective as giving it a good stir.Of course it’s not going to solve all your circulation and cellulite problems; just by virtue of scrubbing, you’re activating your lymphatic system, so I don’t think that’s particular to this product.Overall, it’s nice! It feels good, smells good, if a bit strong, has a nice, scrubby texture, and rinses away well. I would definitely take care to not get it in any important nooks and crannies; I can’t imagine that would be a wholly pleasant experience with the spicy ginger…

The grains are rough, if youhave sensitive skin, use it on damp to wet skin, to melt the sugar fast.
I’ll definitely buy this again. It makes you feel so clean after use. The smell is not overwhelming and you can feel the sugar scrubbing your skin as it meltdown.
