I received this a week or two ago I have used it twice, it works. The first time I used it I took it about 2:00pm in the afternoon by 3:00am I went to the rest room a good 3 full times. If you don’t have any where to be I suggest you stay home all day so u will be close to the restroom, because when it comes you will definitely have to hurry to the bathroom. You may cramp a little but I drank a 16oz bottle water through out the day on the 3rd day I drank the tea again I had no cramping. I went 4 full times on the 3rd day so it definitely cleans you out and works. I had problems not having a bm daily I have tried different products natural & Dr.care this works the best for me so far. I added a little honey for flavor .

I’m not about to make this long. Facts it works, and it works fast lets just say that. I drank my very first tea about an hour before work 39 minutes after my shift was over it was working.
