Between the spices, the touch of salt, and the ginger (?) in there, you feel like you’re having a mug of soup. For anyone who’s had South Indian food, it reminds me of the experience of drinking the top watery part of rasam. I’m not too sold on the detox situation, because my kidneys and liver do a fine job of that thank you very much. However, it is a very nice pick-me-up in the middle of the day when I’m craving a salty snack. It doesn’t /quite/ satiate, but it does curb that impulse to reach for a bag of chips.

well, all I can say is that this is a great tea. if you have high blood pressure it’s not for you. when sipping it hot it’s spicy when it’s cool it taste better. warms the body and you’ll see the detox in the urine.

This is one of the best green tea I have ever had. I have tried many other green tea but has never thought of moving to green tea from real indian milk tea. But after drinking Girnar Tea I must say the flavor of spices in it just amazed me and I am slowly switing to it from milk tea. Everyone must have this one.
