So I’ve been taking this around a month now and here is what I can say -First, I do think it does have some good qualities when it comes to an appetite suppressant. When taking it I noticed that I wasn’t very hungry throughout the day – until around dinner. When it came to dinner, I noticed with my level of hunger, I would get full very quickly. So I do believe it helps with the quality of eating and the amount.A nice feature was that I never had any digestive issues taking this (as someone who does not have a gallbladder, that’s important to note). If anything, I think I have been more consistent with any bowel movements.When it comes to aiding in weight loss, I’m not entirely sure that it has really made an impact there. I eat mostly healthy, during the week with the occasional cheat day combined. I also work out regularly and use pre-workout and creatine. I personally haven’t seen any weight change, maybe I see some off my abdomen but nothing significant.(It’s important to note that I am working on hormone balance as well).Overall, I think for the price, it isn’t a bad product – I think if I continue to take it, I might see better results, obviously. I think I would consider to continue to take it but I think it’s almost a placebo effect. I’m a little skeptical but if you’re interested – it’s worth a try.
