Great Multivitamin for Women 50 and Over
I’ve used the regular GNC women’s vitamins for years and switched to the 50+ formula after turning 50. I’ve been really happy with the change and I feel it provides the right balance of nutrients for this stage of life. I also buy these for my 80-year-old mom, and they’ve worked well for her too. I’ve been taking these vitamins for many years. It seems like if I ever skip a few days due to running out, I end up coming down with something. I believe these keep me healthy! They’re not small, so not easy to swallow but vitamin content is solid.

l like this multivitamin because it has a good variety of vitamins and minerals that seniors need as they grow older.The only thing I don’t care for is the the flavor. It tastes and smells like vitamins. I did give these up for that problem, but returned to retaking them because they have all the vitamin, minerals and herbs that seem to help me through the day.vitamin.

Love these vitamins and have been taking GNC for years now. Always had issues with other vitamins making me nauseous, but this doesn’t at all. I only take (1) at a time, though, and I do eat a hour after taking .
