I’ve been converted
I kept seeing this stuff being talked about on social media for probably about a year and was suspicious that it was just a marketing campaign, even though I use other Gold Bond products daily (the Pure Moisture is great on my face and I’ve bought the retinol lotion a few times and liked it). After finishing up my last bottle of the retinol lotion I decided to finally give this stuff a try. I bought the smaller size in case I didn’t like it.Long story short, I love this stuff! Even more than the retinol lotion. I use it right out of the shower when my skin is still a little damp. I have some crepeyness on my inner arms and get really dry legs especially in the winter and this stuff has made a huge difference. I do combine it with a lactic acid lotion for exfoliation and top with an oil which helps, but I know this stuff is part of the equation because I’ve used other lotions alongside those two items and haven’t seen as good of a result. I also use it on my neck and on my hands by itself and it keeps my permanently dry hands more moisturized than any other lotion I’ve tried, even after washing.I don’t know that the results are permanent (only active ingredients like retinoids can really lead to permanent changes) but that’s fine, since I obviously plan to continue moisturizing my skin for the rest of my life. I think using 2x a day would yield even better results and I might try that when winter hits. Either way, once I run out of the smaller size I plan to buy the large size and keep it as a permanent staple in my after-shower routine.

Highly Recommend!
The skin on my arms was so crepe-y that it made me self-conscious. I’m too young for crepe-y skin! I have tried a lot of products over the past ten years, some very expensive. Nothing worked. I read the reviews of this and tried it. Wow! I ordered it on August 4th, and I use it before bed when I think about it, probably 5 out of 7 days a week. I am scent-averse, but even so I find the scent light and pleasant. And, wow does this work. I ordered it on August 4th, and now on September 26 – the crepe is ~85% improved. It’s not immediately obvious like it has been for so long. You have to get out in the bright sunshine to even see it, and it still isn’t noticeable at a casual glance. I wish I’d taken before and after pictures, but I just didn’t expect it to work this well. Thanks Gold Bond!

Silky smooth skin
This lotion is amazing. It really moisturize my skin and lasts all day. This lotion claims it’s for the face, but honestly it plugged up my pores and gave me a little acne, and I am 52. I would not recommend this on the face if you have sensitive skin.

Excellent price and good results for me
So far it has reduced my crepe skin on my upper arms. I used this on one arm for two weeks and on the other a good brand of extra dry skin lotion. I could see a noticeable difference on the arm I used the Age Renew on. It was tighter than the other arm. I am satisfied with the results. It also has made my wrinkles on my face less noticeable. If you use this on your face watch out using it around the more sensitive skin areas. It irritated my skin slightly around my nose and near corners of my mouth. This subsided with continued use. It didn’t irritate anywhere else. I also use it on my lower legs and also saw a noticeable difference. No crepe skin there but my pores are smaller and the skin looks smoother. I like the price when compared to the Big name brand lotions and cremes.

A must if your in perimenopause or menopause
Miracle worker! If the crepey skin is creeping up on you, this will make it disappear. I use it on my arms every day and my skin looks so much better. As for long lasting results, I’m not sure — but it visibly makes it look better when applied. I’ve bought it twice now and turned friends and family onto this too, and now they’re hooked. A must for perimenopause/menopause!

Waxy Feel
It’s surprising thicker than the hand cream, not by much, but enough to appreciate it and the price point over the 3oz hand cream. This Crepe Corrector line effectively softens hands, without being sticky, greasy, or powdery. However, it feels waxy. I like that this is completely unscented. But, I don’t like how it feels on my hands, and would never put this on my face. It’s no more effective on crepey skin than other formulas (keeping skin moisturized is the key). This product is fine, but not nearly as good as Gold Bond’s formula with shea & cocoa butter and coconut oil. The attached picture is a comparison between this product and the hand cream version. It might be difficult to see. This lotion has a larger dispensing hole than the hand cream, but this is a thicker consistency.

This stuff actually works. It’s thicker than most lotions so it will stay on. It comes unscented and is white and rubs in clear leaving your skin soft. Glad I bought it.
