I have been taking these for about 2 months now. From the best I can tell, it has helped lower my uric acid levels, and most of the pain in my joints from the acid levels. My digestion track has been greatly improved from what it was before with having hard times digesting many different foods. This is one of my favorite supplements to take because of the benefits it has for me, and it has no after taste or gas effects.
