Great Omega-3 Supplement
I have been taking fermented cod liver oil form green pastures for awhile now. First the smell is different for other cod liver oil brands on the market; it doesn’t smell sterile. The taste is not bad if you take with a meal or snack. It’s size small and the capsules are easy to swallow. It contains vitamin A and D in it. My mother had stiffness in her knees and green pastures fermented cod liver oil was effective in relieving that stiffness.

Amazing Product!
My amazing chiropractor actually sells this product in his office and he sells only the best. This is a quality product and you will get some omega 3’s, vitamin D, and Vitamin A from it.

Good for teeth
My dentist recommended filling a spot on my teeth but I’m not ready to get another filling. A friend recommended this product to help my teeth. So far it’s worked and my dentist has been ok with labeling the spot a “watch” for now. Overall there isn’t a sharp smell and there is no bad flavor or burping funky tastes. I’ve been using this product for about a year So far! It’s worth the money to avoid the trauma of another filling. The size is good for the price. I’m happy with the results for my skin and teeth.

High Quality you can feel
I’ve been using this product for two years, and I have seen great results. This is not the hot processed cooked up fish oil with no beneficial use left in it. It is more like a thick paste inside the capsule. You are getting what you pay for. I have used this to help with inflammatory pain in my teeth and also with achy muscles. It works every time for me. I also give it to my dog by snipping an end off the capsule and squeezing it into his food. He loves it, and it helps him with the same issues. The flavor is a bit strong, but I keep them in the freezer so the taste is not as strong. It can give some people an upset stomach, so be careful there. It also can make some people burp, but does not usually do that to me, thank God. I have gotten off blood-thinners (after a heart attack) and I do use this as well as a few other things to help keep my blood thinner and lower cholesterol. That’s just my own choice ( I’m not a doctor). Used in conjunction with other Green Pasture products I have been able to keep costly and painful dental work at bay. ( Again, my own experience). I recommend this strongly.

I mean it’s hard to tell with supplements
I was trying to find a good fish oil, had come across this brand a lot and seemed lots of good things about it. Not sure why it needs to have an orange flavor… not that I could really tell. Bottle came fine, no issues, not broken. I used the whole bottle, not sure if it was helpful or not because you just can’t really tell. I have eczema and was just adding it to my other possible helpful supplements. I would say fish burps are about a 1/10. Not a major fish burp issue like I know people say fish oils can be. But I sometimes would burp some point after and it would be faint fishy. I’m not a fan of ordering supplements online because it can be sus, while at the vitamin store one day for other stuff I was introduced to another brand, and was told fish burps usually can mean rancid oil. So just for all around safety I finished this bottle and then purchased an omega from the store. Overall no issues but also nothing to rave about.
