Energy and weight loss
I’ve bought this brand a few times now,actuallyswitched to these as something to compare the first ones I ordered to,and I never went back,energy is amazing, but I’ve loss weight I didn’t intend on losing,since I was already previously small framed, I eat a protein bar with each meal and sometimes with a snack. I think these suppress your appetite bc I was big on oats,pbutter,eggs, and now I’m rarely hungry. I do take quite a bunch of supplements daily but wonder if I should take less often,as I take 2 a day nowI initially ordered for hair growth and energy, have not seen growth ,and was hoping to add weight but not lose,so this is a great product as I continuously reorder and have on auto delivery, I do love how I feel and the clean energy throughout the day. Perhaps I’ll find something to stack in my routine that will help me gain 😁

Great health benefits in green tea & no need to drink so much tea throughout the day
I always knew that green tea was very healthy, and I just didn’t have the time to drink it throughout the day on top of the gallon of water I was already drinking. That’s why I brought these pills. I purchased this mainly for an fat burner support on top of my diet and weight training program. I’m still on my second bottle, and I have lost 15 pounds. Honestly, I don’t think it was due to this geeen tea extract though. I don’t think it would have made much of difference if I took this or not. Dieting and going to the gym 5-6 days a week consistently was what did it for me. However, it’s still a good healthy product, but it’s not going to make you lose weight by itself. It still has health benefits even if you’re not losing weight from this green tea extract, and the natural energy is much better then taking artificial stimulants in those 5 hours energy shots. This is to supported your diet and exercise program. Green tea has always been known as an antioxidant substance, so this will help get rid of some of the toxic in your body. I’m still giving it an 5 star review because my brother has seen great results from it through dieting and much less exercise then I do. Plus, it has the other benefits I talked about. He takes a higher dosage and goes to sit in a sauna. That gets rid of the extra water weights, since your body is mostly water after all. I don’t know if it’ll work for me or not, but I will try it on my third bottle. I do feel like I benefited in health taking these green tea pills. This is not a magic lose weight and burn body fat pill. I repeat, this is to support your dieting and exercise program. If you’re buying this to lose weight, you should also have an dieting and exercise program. You’re not going to just magically lose body fat and weight without dieting or exercising. Don’t waste your money if you’re not going to diet or exercise while taking these green tea pills!
