I am always skeptical when buying green tea products that do not come from Japanese companies, because the flavor isn’t always right, but this product is WONDERFUL. The flavor is definitely there, very delicious deep flavored green tea powder. Gives me lots of energy before work, without the caffeine crash you get from coffee. I’ve shared this powder with a few of my “green tea snob” friends, and they love it as well! I’m surprised that it is so reasonably priced for such a nice tasting product.

I drank this green tea extract before I had breakfast every morning, the flavor wasn’t bad but I’m used to drinking teas unsweet.very easy to make just add to some water. I feel like it really helped me wake up and get a little more energized before I started my day. The bag is pretty big and should last you a month or more depending on how often you drink it. Definitely going to recommend to my coworkers who say they need a boost of energy throughout the day.

Possible liver damage after 3 months of usage!!
I bought this product as a caffeine replacement however don’t notice a difference in energy. Most importantly, Did anyone else notice that the product is not intended for use longer than 3 months or it can cause liver damage? No one else’s reviews mentioned that?? Recommends a minimum two week break after three months. I literally just thought it was a health option for energy.

Green tea is so good for you!
I’ve been adding this to my green banana protein smoothies for almost a month. Green tea has antioxidants that are really good for you, but I haven’t wanted hot green tea during the Arizona summer. I haven’t tried it alone in a glass of water, so I can’t speak to the taste by itself, but it blends well in my smoothie. I can’t even tell that it’s there.

Really enjoying this product! I’ve been cutting down on coffee lately yet still was like looking for something to give me the energy I needed. This product is it! I’ve had it on its own & added it to breakfast smoothies as well. The flavor is great & easy to have on its own. I’ve even had friends try it and they liked it as well. Really Refreshing
This is now my drink of choice at night. I think it has a little caffeine, but it doesn’t bother me. On the contrary, it seems calming, and it’s definitely refreshing.I use quart-size mason jars and put 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of powder in, along with 1/4 cup of stevia. and chill.That’s it. I’ve been more health conscious of late and green tea has been lauded as very healthy for many years, so I’m delighted to add this to my diet.
