Strong, Fresh Peppermint Oil
This peppermint oil is very strong and has a fresh, clean scent. A little goes a long way, which makes the bottle last a long time. I’ve used it for cleaning, keeping bugs away, and even to freshen the air in my house. Great quality and worth the price!

Have purchased the peppermint oil at least 12 times. Works great to rid of any unwanted pests inside the house. We have a 23 year old house, backed up to a “forest-y” area and started to notice more insect activity with the aging of our house. I use it in reed diffusers scattered in all levels of the house. I was skeptical to try it (it’s not cheap!), but it has worked! I have hardly seen any insect activity inside my house like I used to see before using the peppermint oil. While it doesn’t kill pests, the scent deters most pests from coming inside. It is a healthier/safer alternative to chemical insect repellant and gives the house a nice, fresh, clean scent. It is strong at first, but you don’t notice it after a while. It’s been a real help!

Works for my purposes
I’d read you could use this to repel mice and other critters. I put the concentrate into a spray bottle and dilute it with water. I’ve used it for a couple of winters, and it does keep mice away if you keep using it regularly. I spray it at the bottom and corners of the garage doors. It makes the garage smell great, too, so that’s a bonus. I wear a disposable glove when spraying, as the concentrate is very strong and will stay on your skin for some time. It is a bit expensive, but as a concentrate, it goes a long way. Give it a try. What do you have to lose?

Very strong, nice smell that repels insects, stinging insects, & mice. Worth every cent.
My cousin told me that peppermint oil will repel insects & mice. I bought it to get rid of yellow jackets initially, but had mice that chewed into the wall of a seldom used room. I diluted this with 1/2 mineral oil. It was still very strong. Once I wiped the bottom edge of the walls with this, no more mice attempted to chew into the room.

Initial smell of petroleum distillates in packaging.
I bought this specifically to try and repel mice after $5000 repair on brand new 2025 car after hybrid wire chew. It is too soon to know if it will work. When I received the package I actually filmed my opening it as it smelled like petroleum distillates. I was concerned the wrong item was sent and wanted to document that I had not exchanged products. I have since opened the product. I’m uncertain as to whether petroleum oil based products used in the extraction/distillation process vs alcohol. I put some in a spray bottle with water and clearly there was an oil interface. Due to this I wouldn’t use topically. The other side is that I have sprayed filters and wires and if petroleum based may have a greater duration for protection.I can say that the peppermint scent is very strong, almost eye watering. For my particular use, I want this. This may not suit someone else’s needs or planned usage.Photos attempt to show product layering as well as change when shaken.

Purchased this to use as an anti-mouse/rodent device in vehicles stored over the winter. The product is very strong/concentrated and should do the job. Much more economical than buying the tiny amounts typically sold at pharmacies or health food stores.
