Overall I am very pleased with this moringa leaf powder. The resealable bag container is very workable on my supplements shelf. It was nothing like the containers or bags described in these comments – not sure what they are talking about. The powder is finely and consistently ground. The product taste is that of a ground up moringa oleifera leaf powder. It has the hint of a tea taste to it, but also a very earthy backdrop. I even add it to my tea at night. I appreciate the taste mixed with water, but this works well when added into your daily workout smoothie. Start with 1 gram (1 scoop from the included scoop measure – you have to find it) and work your way up to 2 to 5 grams, or as you prefer. I felt the energy on day 3, after moving to 2 grams (2 scoops).Honestly, some of these reviews, I am not sure how these people manage to put one foot in front of the other and get through a normal human day. Moringa oleifera leaf powder is SUPPOSED to taste planty and earthy. It is not chocolate powder. It is a SUPPLEMENT, made to be mixed in other foods/drinks. It is not ice cream or a milk shake. What people want to know is, did you get more energy?, did your health condition improve?, did you gain a benefit from taking this powder? They don’t want to know about your container appearance, the fact that you spilled it because you thought it was in capsules, or that you don’t like the taste of plants. No one cares.For me, day three, tons of new energy and clarity. On day one, I tried a test sample to make sure that I could stomach it (some supplements are hard on my stomach). My stomach actually felt better after taking my first moringa shake. Very pleased with this. In addition to energy and focus, a bit of lower edema or water retention. But overall it resulted in a very welcome positive outlook, and just feeling good all day long.Since this powder is a protein, it is hydrophobic – meaning you will need to mix it well with just plain water, and not simply stir it into water – that won’t work. But this is a good thing – that means it has an array of good proteins in it.Will definitely buy again.

However, I strongly suggest drinking it cold because the taste can be quite unpleasant when warm.Disclaimer: You might experience some breakouts on your face or skin at first, but don’t worry—it’s just the powder removing toxins from your body. When I first noticed a breakout, I reduced my intake to half a scoop for three days and took a Benadryl to help. The bumps went away quickly, and I went back to the full scoop recommendation. Also, you may notice small knots on your body, but they disappear fast if you don’t scratch them. Again, it’s just part of the detox process.Overall, this is a fantastic product that delivers great value for the money! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their overall health.
