I recently used a grounding tester on this product and I figured it wasn’t working like it should have. It works but only if I place my foot or hand directly on the back side not wrapped around my wrist or ankle. I tried various ways to wrap it on but no luck.

My son had literally just told me a few weeks before I saw this about grounding mats and how they work and how beneficial they are to your health.The seller boasts that this grounding mat promotes better circulation and relieves pain. I’m hoping that it does allow me to sleep better and feel more refreshed in the morning.I guess the idea of grounding is that your body makes contact with the ground outside and in doing so we receive an energy from that that helps us to sleep, helps to improve our physical and mental state and our auto immune function.If you’re someone who desires those benefits, but you can’t go outside or you don’t have as much time outside as you would like to have, this is for you!Just so you know, this review is from an impartial opinion. Voltage Drop
By wearing the wrist strap my voltage only dropped by .4 volts. Holding onto just the cable dropped my voltage from 1.9 to .04 so, I don’t believe the wrist strap is effective.

Works Great And Small For Travel Use Too!
I received the 12.4″ x 3.5″ Grounding Mat, Grounding Wristband with 15″ White Grounding Wire, Grounding Bracelet for Wrist, Revitalize Sleep and Alleviate Pain with Grounding Therapy Band (Black).I have been using Grounding/Earthing Mats for around 6 months and have noticed that I feel a bit better.My arthritis does not feel so painful in the mornings, as I have been using a grounding mat in my bed, down by my feet and legs.I also use another Grounding Mat as a large mouse pad in my home office. As long as my bare skin, on my forarms and wrists are touching the mat, then I am being grounded.BUT, I have been wanting a smaller a Grounding/Earthing Wristband that would be easy for me to take to work and to travel with.I tried some of the grounding Wristbands that people use for working on electronics, but they were somewhat uncomfortable, were made too cheap, and they don’t have a long grounding cord, just a clip.I was delighted to find this Wristband, which has actually been designed for Grounding/Earthing use.This Wristband also has a nice long 15 foot cord to reach most outlets.I am very happy with this Grounding Wristband!

This wristband is an ideal way to try out grounding and bring you closer to the earth’s energy. It comes with a super long grounding wire, so you can sit or lay comfortably away from the electrical outlet, if you don’t have one close by. The band is made from perforated polyurethane material, so it is very breathable. Its easy to clean and comfortable to wear. If it fits in with your budget, I can definitely recommend it.
