The Gruns gummies are rather expensive, but worth it. They are full of good vitamins, are great for digestion and they taste yummy.I’m on a severely restricted diet, so until Gruns I’ve been unable to get these nutrients. For others on a restricted diet:I did start slowly – taking 1 or two a day for a few weeks, then slowly increasing the number each day.

I really wanted to love these! I did! But ya’ll—- i simply couldn’t get past the awful flavor of vitamins. I tried three times to see if it would grow on me…. But no. Unfortunately I can’t return them and then to make matters worse I must have accidentally hit the subscribe button so then ended up with ANOTHER bag of them. So now I’m out about $90 on gross tasting vitamins I can’t return.
