Great products, great company!
I am hooked on this pulling oil! My gums have never been better! I like both flavors. They are not too spicy and have improved my oral health. I also use their toothpaste and electric flosser. I floss my teeth after using the pulling oil and then brush with their toothpaste. The mouthwash is also excellent! I will continue to use these products. Great quality with natural ingredients!

Well-Rounded Set
This is a well-designed set. There are two “flavors” of oil in this set, and there is a large bottle and small bottle (perfect for a secondary travel bottle) of each flavor. Both flavors are okay. There’s no getting around the fact that it’s oil, so it’s bitter… but the flavoring makes it at least tolerable. Once you use it a few times, you get used to it.The bottles are nice and secure for shipping, and there is a cup on the top for measuring out your oil.I’m not experienced with oil pulling. I had been interested in trying it because I’ve been working on my oral hygiene (as I have some early signs of periodontal disease). After using this for a while, I’m not sure one way or the other if it is beneficial or not. I think to expect real benefits, you need to work up to several minutes of swishing (the bottle says to try to work your way up to 5 minutes, but some online sources suggest you need to swish even longer than that) — and I’m just not there yet. I think it’s going to take me a while to work up to a decent length of time. It’s just not a pleasant experience due to the taste and the inconvenience of being occupied with the oil in the mouth that long.My overall assessment is this is a great set for anyone interested in oil pulling, however I’m not sure yet whether I want to keep oil pulling as part of my routine.

Great intro to oil pulling
I’ve wanted to try oil pulling before and this set was the perfect introduction to it, with two herbal “flavors” of oil, and two travel sets of the same oils for taking with you. The bottles seal very well (no leaking), and the oil pulling is very interesting. You do it before you brush teeth to pull toxins out of your mouth. The oil goes in the trash after, not down the drain!It’s hard to say sometimes if there is a huge life difference when trying a new health product. Overall my mouth felt fresher and I could believe the claims of reduced bacteria and toxins, and I will continue oil pulling, if not daily then a few times a week.

Convenient But Does Not do the Job
I was really disappointed with this product. I had been making my own mix for oil pulling and when I saw this, I figured it would be great for travel. However, my mouth didn’t have the fresh feeling that I get when I mix my own. In fact, even after brushing my teeth they felt kind of furry the entire time I was away.. I do like the toothbrush that comes in the kit, though.

I recently tried this oil pulling set, and it’s been a solid experience overall! The kit comes with a lot of useful items, including two full-sized bottles of oil (mint and cinnamon) and smaller travel-sized bottles. I liked the inclusion of a measuring cup for easy use. Swishing the oil in my mouth was a bit strange at first, but after a few tries, I got used to the taste. It’s definitely an acquired taste, strong, but manageable. After I’m done swishing, my mouth feels noticeably fresher, and my teeth seem cleaner than just brushing alone.The only downside is that it takes some time, about 10 minutes of swishing to get the full benefit, which isn’t always the most convenient. Still, it’s been a great addition to my oral care routine, and I’ve noticed my breath staying fresher longer. Oil pulling
I tried oil pulling years ago with regular coconut oil, so I was intersted in trying this set. I was amazed at how many things come in this set. There are two full sized bottles and two mini bottles and then several toothbrushes. Each of the full size bottles comes with a measuring cup to ensure that the optimal amoung is being used.Oil pulling is easy: simply measure out a portion of oil and then swish it in your mouth for at least 2 minutes, but ideally longer.The taste is stronger than what I’m used to but it’s manageable. My mouth does feel refreshed after oil pulling.I would absolutely recommend this oil pulling kit to others. I love that it came with 2 different full sized bottles because my twins have claimed one of them and taken it up their bathroom.

I liked that the liquid did not sting like mouthwash does.-I didn’t think using a oily liquid would help make my mouth clean, but when followed by brushing, it felt cleaner than brushing alone.-I usually dislike cinnamon flavored gum or toothpaste but this cinnamon oil was quite pleasant.-Probably best when combined with regular flossing and brushing.
