I found having these at the end of the day with my heaviest meal really helped mitigate blood sugar spikes. I could feel the difference and was sad when I ran out. A bit of an investment, but worth it in my opinion. Of course, always check with your medical professional before implementing anything if you are struggling with a diagnosed issue. But I did find that these helped regulate my sugar without any negative impact. Taste is fine, kind of like slightly metallic apple sauce. Didn’t bother me. Super easy tearable nozzle. Highly effective supplement. Didn’t notice any improved focus or energy, but did note that these aspects were less impacted by blood sugar issues while taking these.

Convenient Glucose Regulator
As far as I can tell this product doesn’t include glucose itself, it just helps the body support proper glucose metabolism regulating a proper metabolic function. If you were to extract the flavor you find in apple sauce and condense it down, that’s basically what the taste is like. Tart cinnamon flavoring with a jelly like consistency. Took it for a while I did notice an improvement in my bodies ability to regular blood glucose levels, and at $60 for 30 packets it averages out to about 2 dollars a dosing which is reasonably priced for some, costly for others considering the packing recommends consuming 3 packets a day meaning this is a 10-day supply. Certainly willing to continue trying this product to see how well my body can hold on to these improvements.

Decent taste, a little expensive.
These are useful for when I need a boost when I cannot get to food, and I feel as if I am in need. These are just glucose packs, with some extras added in, so to speak.They taste fairly decent, and as one other reviewer mentioned, they are a little acidic. I didn’t find them to be too bad, but for people who are overly sensitive, it might be a bit too much for them.Cost per serving is a bit high for these, to be honest. They ingredient quality does seem very good, but they do have a high cost per serving. So these, in my honest opinion, are not something you want to rely on for a daily thing, but rather, utilize as an emergency backup.The amount contained within each packet seems to tide me over for a few hours which is about what I would hope for and expect. I wouldn’t expect it to last only 10 minutes, nor would I expect it to last 8 hours. After about 2 hours, the energy levels start to dip again, and hunger starts to rear its ugly head again.All in all, not a bad emergency backup when one cannot get to a normal meal and you feel your blood sugar is dipping. A little expensive in my opinion, per serving, but that is my opinion. Taste is good, but not perfect.

I have taken a microgel when I am on my home from playing pickleball and am in my car stopping at an errand. I start losing energy so I take an apple cinnamon flavored micogel, that is quickly absorbed, and I feel better right away. I regain energy and focus and can make a couple errand stops before arriving home for a meal. Otherwise, I use as part of my diet to maintain a healthy blood sugar level so on some days, I take 15-30 minutes before a meal. It actually helps curb my appetite and helps me from over eating. The microgel packs by Healthycell are compact, convenient and tasty. I recommend them with 5 stars.

Not for me, but convenient packaging
The packaging is convenient and portable and you can easily slip this in your bag without worrying about it opening. However, the taste is something else. I couldn’t handle it. At first it was sort of like apple pie cinnamon spice. Then the fake sweetness taste mingled with the tart and alcohol like aftertaste made me gag. I tried mushing the packet around, and the taste was still really odd. If I were diabetic and had no other options in an emergency, I suppose I could manage to tolerate the flavor. Allulose upsets my stomach, so I was disappointed to see this used as the sweetener. I was hoping to supplement with this in between meals, as I get migraines when my sugar levels fluctuate too much. If you have sensitive taste buds like me, you may not be a fan. I think the price is a bit steep for what you get, too.
