L.O.V.E.!!!! Pictures do NOT do justice. Just to give you an idea I took a photo here of some on my leg 🙂 The shimmer is perfectly subtle with subtle color not like tanning lotion at all. If you are looking for a healthier alternative for smooth, glistening skin with an amazing scent this is it! It absorbs quick so if you are in a rush to get dressed you don’t have to worry about it getting all over your clothes or sticking as many other lotions do. 100% worth the price, a little goes a long way, quality is great. One more FYI, i have sensitive skin and have had 0 negative reactions to it. Hope this helps!

Such an AMAZING scent
This is one of the BEST smelling lotions I’ve used in a long time!! I’ve been wearing it over 6hrs now while starting this review and can STILL smell it on myself. I’m quite shocked tbh. The shimmer is mild but it’s there and it’s pretty when the light hits it. The scent is GREAT… bergamot, berries and vanilla. Not one is overpowering of the other and they blend so nicely tgthr. Also pairs well with a cpl body sprays n perfumes I’ve tried… as long as their not too floral-y. The bottle is huge so that’s a bonus too. Not the most incredibly hydrating lotion I’ve ever had but it’s pretty nice. Smooth and absorbs very easily. Great value for price

Best lotion for a little glow
I will probably be buying this lotion for the rest of my life. I bought the mini bottle to try it and loved it. Now I use my big bottle to refill the small one to travel with. It smells clean and subtle and gives your skin a little ‘twinkle’ without being glittery or looking like you’re wearing unicorn dust. It’s especially flattering to tanned or darker skin tones and adds moisture without being greasy.

I love Hempz products so I grabbed this when I saw it was on sale. The aroma is pleasant. It isn’t too sparkly. It gives skin a nice, healthy glow. Give it a try and I think you’ll be happy!

Light shimmer yet strong smell
Buying this 2.25oz bottle is a good alternative for people who aren’t sure they want to commit to the big bottle of this. I was seeing mixed reviews about this product so I went for the small bottle to test it out first. This product is good for people who like a mild shimmer. I, personally do not like a heavy shimmer. I don’t want to look like a little kid who got into the glitter. So, for the shimmer, I approve. However, the smell is not my favorite. The vanilla bergamot is very strong, and it smells like a 6th grader who just went shopping at PINK. Lol. I’m hoping my perfume can cover up the smell. Overall, happy enough with this purchase.

BEST MOISTURIZER AVAILABLE
DEFINITELY BUY THIS! I’m definitely serious when I say buy this before you buy any other cream or lotion or anything else for your skin because this thing is miraculous. The smell was fabulous: it’s fresh not floral at all. It reminds me of a perfume that was my favorite , JOVAN GRASS OIL! For some reason everything that is good and that you like they discontinue it so at some point they discontinued that perfume and I was more than heartbroken over it I looked for it everywhere and I got some on eBay and some were really compromised let’s say, by age or something; a few of them Had the real smell of the original you know and I think those were the small bottles of oil it came in different versions of cologne spray and it was just a fabulous scent. This lotion is so very close to that scent that of course I’m extra excited to use it. It softens immediately it goes in immediately it is like a miracle it is not sticky or tacky or lotion or creamy or body buttery- it is its own thing, it’s a very special item and if I were you I would get the big bottle which is almost $20 and it is well worth it well worth it I guarantee you!

I have heard about the goodness of Hempz for the skin and finally thought I should give it a try. Well, it certainly doesn’t disappoint. I was interested in a glow for my skin, especially after a self tan and this moisturizes andgives the perfect little glow, nothing too much like I’ve seen on others, (look like they fell into a well of cooking oil). Perfect little glow and a great scent. Definitely worth buying this moisturizer, love, love, love it.

Beautiful smell for those who like scented products, makes skin feel soft and supple. The glimmer in the cream is EXTREMELY faint, it is very small and tasteful, it is almost unnoticeable (only if you look very close do you see it, in the sun or not) I have seen other reviews say they notice a bronzer affect? I’m already olive complexion so maybe that’s why I don’t notice any tanning or bronzing affect. But regardless love this product, will absolutely order again. I bought for my sister for Christmas and she also loves it

Let’s start with the pros! This lotion was moisturizing for my skin, not deeply or long-term, but at the surface level for most of the day, yes. I personally don’t have sensitive skin, but I do have a friend who has extremely sensitive skin and is not able to use many store-bought body lotions or products without irritation. She used this lotion on her legs, arms, and chest, and experienced NO irritation! That’s positive! This might be a hot take, but the scent is more of an expensive hair salon shampoo to me, light and fresh, not warm and sultry like the bottle would imply “bergamot and warm vanilla.” I actually really enjoy the scent; it’s not at all overpowering or perfumey.The only con (which isn’t REALLY even a con unless you’re looking for something very specific), is that I wouldn’t classify this lotion as glittery, sparkly, or a true shimmer. There is very, very fine shimmer in the lotion, but it doesn’t translate on the skin (you can see it on your hands after application). 2/5 shimmer effect.All in all, I bought the travel size to test it out. I’m glad I did. I would definitely purchase the full size. It’s a good lotion. I keep the sample size in my bag, it has become a new staple.
